Thoughtful services - I ordered my usually milk oolong because this place has THE BEST one with heavenly fragrance. This time I added London fog latte to try. In my order, they kindly gifted a sample called vanilla dream cream. This is such a thought gesture because the staff inferred what type of flavor I would like and they introduced me to a great option. They could throw in any sample or none at all but they went above and beyond with a curated selection. This is exceptional service.

A must visit when browsing around in Collingwood Ontario.

About a month and a half ago. I visited Blue Mountain and stopped off in Collingwood at Blue Mountain tea company. I must say the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as I went through the different tea flavours and wellness blends. I eventually chose the immunitea, kilimanjaro chocolate mint and a roobios earl grey. I have been having these teas at home for over a month and they are the best tea blends I have had. Full of flavour and calming. Also alot of bang for buck. Definitely recommended for tea lovers who happen to be in the area

I absolutely love this place, have been buying tea here for the past 3 years. The quality of the tea is the best and I will never go back to buying tea bags. HOWEVER, my most recent visit to the store was rather strange this time around... The woman working did not provide the friendliest amount of customer service to me. I was the only one in the store and she seemed to rush me, when I was asking her questions. I asked if they sold Eucalyptus tea and she said no. I asked if she could recommend anything along that line and she said no and for me to google it? Google it? How rude, you're the expert who works at the tea shop, c'mon! If you're in Collingwood, please visit this shop and support local. But apparently you have to do your research before hand, so idk, google it I guess?

Lovely place to grab a cup of tea or matcha. They even sell some dried herbs. Cool collection of tea pots and accessories. Enjoyed a delicious iced matcha. Lovely staff.

I visit Collingwood with my wife once a year and went into this store. I was SO thankful! I needed a recommendation for a tea and was given the perfect choice by someone who knew their stuff. Don't know much about tea's but was thankful to experience this place. Now that I've been I will definitely go back!!

I just love this place! You can buy fresh , loose leaf teas, sooo many choices. So far my favourite is sugar nuts (no caffeine).You can buy reusable tins and just get your tins refilled, So no waste on the environment.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I bought the cutest glass teapot which makes just enough tea for my afternoon tea time !
