We were a group of 6 and we all ordered steak with different sides. We all loved our steaks. Something to keep in mind is that cactus fries are delicious but really spicy. The size and price was reasonable. Tim served us. We couldn’t be happier with our service. This will definitely be our go to place on our way back from skiing in Blue Mountains.

An automatic 18% gratuity is a scam. Customers should be allowed to choose the tip based on the service they get. We did not get service that was worth an 18% tip. Stop making this mandatory and have your employees work for the tip they receive/earn.

Came to eat dinner today at BP Collingwood for staff to tell us it’s mandatory to tip 18% in order for us to be served. I came in with my family 5 total and then my parents so total of 7. Dillion the manager pretty much said to bad so sad can’t be served unless you tip us, or you don’t have to tip 18% but then I’ll have to spilt up your family meaning one family at this end of restaurant and other family at that end of restaurant. We use to eat here all the time and spend good money! It’d hard to say if we will ever return.

We visited this location while on vacation in the area. The staff was amazing! They were helpful, polite and friendly. The food was so delicious too. We started with the garlic parmesan fries, OMG! My son had Cajon wings. He's had them at other locations but he said these were so much better and had awesome flavor. I had the 7 cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce. They nailed it! If we were local, this would be one of our haunts!

Disrespectful and unprofessional experience at Boston Pizza Collingwood. On October 12, 2025, between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, while picking up an Uber Eats order, a lady with a bob cut and glasses snatched my delivery bag straight out of my hands without even saying a word. I had simply placed the food on the couch at the entrance to put it in my bag properly, but instead of communicating, she grabbed it and rudely told me never to come back. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior toward anyone — especially someone just doing their job. If management reviews the camera footage from that time, they’ll clearly see how disrespectfully I was treated. No one deserves to be treated like that, regardless of their race, position, or line of work.

My wife and I went to enjoy the fall colours in Collingwood yesterday, and decided to finish our date with a meal at Boston Pizza. Suzanne ordered the Maple Bacon Burger, and I love the nachos. The food was terrific, but the service was over the top! Our server, Morgan, was attentive, and welcomed our conversation. We like hosts that engage, and make us feel valued; it's called the 'hospitality business' for a reason, right? She is one of the reasons we will likely return
