Denied the kids card that I was told at the start of my sitdown that it would be honored but after eating a different person came to say the kids meals at my table would not be honored. What a scam... they claim pasta Tuesday is an offer and not a special and that no kids card or app offers can be used on Tuesdays. But wasn't told til after. Please be advised.... waste of time and money.
Also: Had to ask for more water since no service. We had an automatic 18% gratuity and no forewarning of not allowed to use kids cards or offers which was the main reason for coming to dine in. Would have rather gone elsewhere if this was going to be forced upon us after ordering.

We came in for a late dinner for a team of 6 adults and 4 kids, before we were seated, we were asked that 18% tip is charged to the bill. I asked the guy we will pay the tip after we eat, but he refused. We walked out of the place, not because of the tip, but because of the way they charge. No recommaonding this place at all

B far the worst service. Our server was noted us, only came out once to ask if my husband wanted another beer. No check on meal, nothing. We had to hunt him down for the check. Horrible horrible service.
