This was one of the best restaurants l've been to. My server was Shasta and she was the best. She had such a welcoming presence and the food was out of this world will have to go back.

Me and my husband drove from Mississauga to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary! As usual the food and service did not disappoint! Every morsel of food was delicious from start to finish. The service was fantastic. Our server Shasta, who we found out was only 15, and new, held it down like a pro! Very attentive service, friendly and helpful. 100% recommend Brunello for any special occasion, or just to have a nice meal!

We had such a great night here at Burnello’s! Maria was incredible, her positivity and friendliness made our night! Not to mention her impressive knowledge of the menu. We ended the night with complementary mango sorbet that was a perfect touch to our evening! Incredible food, atmosphere and service here and will be recommending Burnello’s to many! Thank you Maria for an awesome experience.

Actually had a blast here (thank you cocktails) but the service was so very terrible. For some reason they seated five tables with the same server at the very same time. Considering this was his first night 😳🫣, I’m not sure why this happened. Food delivery #1 - food was dropped on the floor to the left of our table. Food delivery #2 - food was delivered to wrong tables, sat there and was picked on by diners, then server tried to deliver to us. Food delivery #3 - good was ice cold and we gave up. Table behind us walked out mid-meal. Will NOT be back. Sorry, not sorry.

Definitely a hidden gem in collingwood came here with my family we had two waitresses who were very lovely and had great recommendations. We had the tortellini with a perfect rose sauce, my son had the meatball appetizer since he wasn’t too hungry usually he’s pretty picky but he absolutely loved them. My wife had the linguini pasta in a white wine sauce looked amazing and tasted even better. while we were eating the chef came to the table and greeted us which you don’t see anymore. We asked one of the ladies which dessert was best and recommended the chocolate tartufo, definitely would recommend. For our first time here we will definitely be back, child friendly and not too expensive.

The building looks historic. The people speak Italian which seems very authentic. We were thinking this may be a hidden gem we’re about to discover in Collingwood. However, that’s all the positive things about it.
The food is underwhelming. The tortellini is dry as hell. The ossubuco is also very dry and poorly presented, with just big chunks of lean dry meat on top of the pasta. The seafood linguine is not the worst, yet with some bad taste mussels with crunchy sand pieces here and there. The meat ball looks and tastes a lot like IKEA’s. Even the salad doesn’t feel fresh.
The service is quite slow. The waitress seems friendly, however never came to visit our table after bring in the food and water is never filled. And there’s not a single time that she didn’t knock down anything from the table every time she serves.
The best part is this restaurant charge downtown Toronto price for this kind of East side Mario kind of food.
In general, I highly recommend this restaurant get some training for both the service crew and most importantly the kitchen crew, before they decide that they can charge such a price.

Our Uber didn’t show up to take us (party if 6) to a restaurant where we made reservations. We then had to cancel our reservation and called Brunellos at the last minute and they accommodated us. What a great find. Amazing food and service. We had a great time celebrating my milestone birthday. Our young waitress made our evening memorable with her bubbly personality Highly recommend this family run business.

A true gem. Everything about this place is top notch and feels like an authentic Italian experience. The food was incredible and the service and atmosphere were delightful. We came to Collingwood for a little get away from the Toronto area and we return again just for this restaurant. Hats off to the chef!

Intimate and authentic Italian experience. Came with family and each of us tried different appetizers, entrees, and desserts all of which exceeded expectations.

Will return. A hidden gem in Collingwood.

Very nice looking restaurant from the outside. Saw the google reviews so we made a reservation. Waitress was young and very unprofessional. Too much giggling and immature comments. We asked about the wine, which she couldn't service because of her age. Was to bring over someone who could recommend; no one came. We guessed, both 1/2 litres ordered were not good.
Dinner was even a bigger disappointment. The Tortellini was very doughy. Sauce was blah. Only half of meal was eaten. Pesto with Chicken was also terrible. Chicken was so tough, the birthday girl couldn't eat it. 2 of us ordered Linguini with marinara sauce. Sauce was watery with very little taste. The shrimp and calamari was so very tough and rubbery. None of us finished our meal. That says something.
I love Italian food and go to an Italian restaurant in every city we visit. This place was the worst I've ever been too. Sorry, but your food is not good. So overpriced! It really put a damper on our evening. So, we went back to the condo, opened a good bottle of wine, had some birthday cake and ice cream; and then everyone felt much better.
