COBS Bread Bakery Collingwood

I went into cobs after my haircut expecting a quick grab and go but when I entered I was in awe from all the different baked goods, but that wasn’t even the best part as I experienced top tier customer service from Cadence, she was very kind and helpful and I definitely will be coming again soon!

Folks, at 8 AM, freshly-made scones should be crispy on the outside. Your pumpkin scone tasted like it was purchased in a bag, from a grocery store shelf. You can and you should do better. This was not a scone, this was gross.

The amazing cinnamon scones that I tried for the first time today, and can't stop craving more! So fresh, cinnamony (word?) and delicious! I just hope this review leaves some for me!

Have tried MULTIPLE items over time. It all tastes essentially the same - heavily processed. Weird aftertaste. Staff always act
like customers are an annoyance as well.

Picked up some pastries at the end of the day and they were still fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly.

Love everything about this place! Plus they don’t use products with nuts and I can actually eat things! What a bonus for me. This time we grabbed mini pepperoni pizza, mini chocolate croissants and apple licious twist. I love the croissants how they just melt in your mouth, not over powering sweet just right. Everything is so delicious and freshly made.

Overall, this is a fantastic place to get different kinds of fresh breads and pastries. PET OWNERS BE AWARE THAT THEY USE A PRODUCT DIRECTLY RELATED TO XYLITOL AND IT'S CALLED XYLANASE AND IT IS DEADLY TO YOUR PETS IN SMALL DOSES. Also be aware that they label one of their breads to be low FOD but it is not low FOD and hurt me greatly after eating it. I checked the ingredient list and there are two super HIGH FOD ingredients on that list. This bread should not be labeled low FOD. Ask for printouts for all breads if you have sensitivities and ignore signage in front of the breads created by the store personnel.

This place is absolutely incredible, the best bread you'll ever eat, period. The only disappointment I ever have is when they sell out so quick, can't blame they for that 🔥
