The croissants rival anything made in Paris! The sourdough bread has the perfect crunchy crust with a soft interior; perfection. Show up early because everything sells out fast. Line ups start half hour before the store opens!

It would be good if I can at least get some product. Arrived on a Saturday morning at 11:25 am and the place is deserted with a big sold out sign on the window. Come on people, it’s the long weekend and you’re closed for the next 3 days. We’re from out of town - when we pulled in the memory of long lines and no product came filtering back from previous years. Won’t be wasting my time anymore! Supposed to be open
Until 2:00 pm? What a joke

As my wife and I went for a walk today we seen this store and a decided to stop in.. We didn't feel welcome what so ever.. We never got acknowledged until we spoke up and there chaulk boards really don't have much selection I seen they had scones on there boards above and inquired about them and my answer was we don't have them.. Wife asked are u getting them back answer was maybe for the summer very rude abrupt answers so we just left.. Them not having one of few things hand written on the boards is one thing but the rude girl at the front was what did it for us we will continue to frequent Cobbs.. We visited May 28th 2025 @ Approximately 11 am..

I've never gotten a "hello" or smile when I visit but their croissants are super tasty! $3.50/croissant, bread crust is a bit hard for my preference.

Absolutely love the products produced. However for example, today I arrived at 8:50 and there were only 4 Sourdough Walnut, Raisin, Cranberry loaves left. Since the store opened at 8:30, why wouldn't there be more available given the store is open into the afternoon. I would think that this bread is more popular than the plain equally delicious Sourdough bread, hence what not more. People get into the Hoarding mode when their favourite bread isn't always available past 9:30/ 10;00 am, and grab extra to make sure they have some. I know Focaccia isn't available till after 10, just wondering why such a limited amount of production. Will always continue to shop here, but time adjust production for your top seller(s). Thank you

The smell of fresh baked bread hits you as soon as you walk in the door. You can see new things being prepared in the bake. The croissant was glorious and the bread has that soft but crunchy feel.

Only disappointment was that they didn't have all the things on their menu available when we were there.

This has been a great place for us while visiting Collingwood. The sourdough bread is nice and the chocolate croissants are particularly delicious. Plus, every time we go there, the service is excellent. They were even kind enough to comp some croissants my kid dropped after paying for them. They did not have to do that but they offered. I definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Collingwood area.

You don’t have to go to Paris for heavenly croissants, toothy sour dough and crusty baguette! Love the place, never miss a chance to stop in and stock up. Freezes well but fresh is best !
