I've never gotten a "hello" or smile when I visit but their croissants are super tasty! $3.50/croissant, bread crust is a bit hard for my preference.

Absolutely love the products produced. However for example, today I arrived at 8:50 and there were only 4 Sourdough Walnut, Raisin, Cranberry loaves left. Since the store opened at 8:30, why wouldn't there be more available given the store is open into the afternoon. I would think that this bread is more popular than the plain equally delicious Sourdough bread, hence what not more. People get into the Hoarding mode when their favourite bread isn't always available past 9:30/ 10;00 am, and grab extra to make sure they have some. I know Focaccia isn't available till after 10, just wondering why such a limited amount of production. Will always continue to shop here, but time adjust production for your top seller(s). Thank you

The smell of fresh baked bread hits you as soon as you walk in the door. You can see new things being prepared in the bake. The croissant was glorious and the bread has that soft but crunchy feel.
Only disappointment was that they didn't have all the things on their menu available when we were there.

This has been a great place for us while visiting Collingwood. The sourdough bread is nice and the chocolate croissants are particularly delicious. Plus, every time we go there, the service is excellent. They were even kind enough to comp some croissants my kid dropped after paying for them. They did not have to do that but they offered. I definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Collingwood area.

You don’t have to go to Paris for heavenly croissants, toothy sour dough and crusty baguette! Love the place, never miss a chance to stop in and stock up. Freezes well but fresh is best !

Delicious artisan bakery close to where we were staying in Collingwood. We got our daily breakfast bread here and everyone loved them. My favourites were ham and cheese danishes and of course the focaccia! So soft and tasteful! The only thing I would love to see they offer is a selection of olive patte! … That would go nicely with all their breads.

best bakery in town!
Nice croissant, sourdough, scone. The farm made Greek yogurt is good too.
The bread company was very disappointing. No customer service. Not 1 word she pointed at product. $9.25 for 1 baguette and 1 roll. Not impressed! Cobbs is much better. More selection and much better prices.
There was no notice on IG or website that they were closed for maintenance. Perhaps, something other than just a sign on the door. Drove 1.5 hours for nothing.
Overrated for sure but still the best in the area. 3.5 would have been my rating but I’ll give it a 4 for the chocolate milk
