Absolutely love the products produced. However for example, today I arrived at 8:50 and there were only 4 Sourdough Walnut, Raisin, Cranberry loaves left. Since the store opened at 8:30, why wouldn't there be more available given the store is open into the afternoon. I would think that this bread is more popular than the plain equally delicious Sourdough bread, hence what not more. People get into the Hoarding mode when their favourite bread isn't always available past...
The smell of fresh baked bread hits you as soon as you walk in the door. You can see new things being prepared in the bake. The croissant was glorious and the bread has that soft but crunchy feel.
Only disappointment was that they didn't have all the things on their menu available when we were there.

This has been a great place for us while visiting Collingwood. The sourdough bread is nice and the chocolate croissants are particularly delicious. Plus, every time we go there, the service is excellent. They were even kind enough to comp some croissants my kid dropped after paying for them. They did not have to do that but they offered. I definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Collingwood area.
