They open at 8:30. Get there for 8:30. Everything aside from the sourdough goes much more quickly than anticipated. Always the best baguettes, ham&cheese croissants, and sourdough bread!
Spent the week at collingwood and only learned about this place two days before we left town.
The two times we went their products are second to none.
Demi baguette with Gruyère cheese was exceptional. The ham and cheese croissant was buttery flakey and just scrumptious.
Took one star off because every time we went they were sold out of most products. At 10 am on a long weekend - absolutely nothing left. Not even a baguette. Disappointing...

The croissants rival anything made in Paris! The sourdough bread has the perfect crunchy crust with a soft interior; perfection. Show up early because everything sells out fast. Line ups start half hour before the store opens!
