Really unprofessional and shows racial discrimination. When the food was ready he just whistled us to take the food. This is not the appropriate way to treat customers. Also the food was not that great. The fries were salty.

I've NEVER been to a place where the thing they rip you off on are the frozen French fries. This place NEVER gives you what you've paid for and its extremely disappointing to be provided such miniscule portions for an incredibly cheap product.

I usually love Queen, and go there often, great staff and always quick. I was looking to get a late night snack and it was around 10:40. The “open” sign was still on, and Google said they close at 11:00. But the lobby lights were off, the doors were locked, and no one came to the door—just pointed at me to leave

I get that it’s late, but if your hours say you’re open until 11, you should still be open. This felt pretty disrespectful, and it’s not what I expected from a place I usually enjoy.

Every single time without fail. The dipped cones are barely dipped. The chocolate is thin. The ice cream is running out messy as ever. No napkins. The ice cream is smaller than any other dairy Queen. Terrible!

The drive thru guy had us laughing hysterically. He’s quick on his feet with the humor! Definitely made for a great drive thru experience

Just went through the drive-through, and the server on the other side was giving comedian energy. It was an incredibly friendly experience. 10/10 Don't know your name, but you win. The manager on site should definitely know this staff member made our night.

I regularly visit your ice cream shop, which I really enjoy, but I wanted to mention something I’ve observed on a couple of occasions that was a bit concerning.

On one visit, a dog was sitting on a booth seat inside the shop while its owner was eating. More recently, a customer placed her dog standing on one of the outdoor picnic tables. In both cases, it raises hygiene concerns, especially in a place where food is being served and consumed.

I understand that some customers like to bring their pets along, but perhaps a small reminder about hygiene rules (via a sign or on the menu) could help prevent these situations in the future.
