I was craving Mulligatawny soup and saw this restaurant sold it in jars. Apparently i wasn't the only person with this craving, they said it is popular and sold out this morning. I ordered the chicken club with a side of butternut squash soup. It was a bit pricey, but I have to say both were absolutely delicious and the server was welcoming and lovely. Enjoyed all the art displayed on the walls :) I will definitely be back. Thanks!

On a recent work trip , found this gem of a place on the main strip in Collingwood . Decor is quite eclectic, industrial look as well as lots of paintings by local artists on the wall for sale ! Staff is welcoming and friendly. Saw 3 grill cheeses go by to other tables and ordered one - it was delicious, lots of gooey cheese and bacon 😀

A warm and friendly cafe. The entire presentation and flavours of the dishes we picked felt home made.

The food here is phenomenal. So delicious. We ordered the lasagna, a bunless burger & their homemade butternut squash soup. Just absolutely delicious. And the artwork is really cool.

My husband and I visit here often and the food is excellent. We have never had a bad meal, and the staff are always so welcome and friendly, even when they are busy and likely short staffed. We will continue to return here!

We went to Duncan's for a Saturday breakfast treat and were very pleased by the food, coffee and service. All five star as far as we're concerned and reason to make it a weekly event! Kudos to the owners and staff for a great place to eat in downtown Collingwood.

Maybe on another day you might score better, when you have proper staffing and a cook that knows the difference between a red and green pepper.
I would have ordered the Greek omelet but didn't want green peppers. So I ordered the Veggie omelet which was supposed to be red peppers. Its a big difference in flavour. I wanted the feta that came with the Greek and so had to pay and extra $4.00. The toast was so cold when buttered that the butter didn't melt and was inedible. How can you screw up toast? Make it too far ahead of the omelet! We asked for jam, and salsa, but the salsa never showed up. I did tell the server, who didn't care and commented on how busy she was. Service was horrible,we had to ask for a coffee refill for my husband as she never came by. I had a tea, which was lukewarm and when she
refilled my husbands cup she covered my remaining tea by pouring coffee in my cup. We had to askfor the bill - twice. The omelet was good, except the cook put way too much feta, bacon and eggs were good, potatoes had no flavorings.
What a disaster. Like I said, maybe on another day.
