Charged me for something I didn’t order. Service was poor, took 1 hour for food during prime breakfast time. Only got our food after repeatedly asking our server. Food was decent but not worth the hour wait.

Service was garbage, had to ask 3 times for water just to never get it. Food was either way too hot or too cold, which it was not cooked well. My friend got pancakes and they were like cardboard. Avoid!!!

Good food, had the meat lovers omelette. Only complaint is a leg on the table was missing the foot and rocked. Folded up a napkin and put where foot was missing to stop the rock, causes drinks to spill. Would be unfair to deduct a star and hurt your rating .

Overall the food was good, however I was disappointed by a misleading advertisement. On the menu a fruit salad looks like a nice solid bowl with some variety- strawberry, blueberry, kiwi etc. I was very disappointed when with the eggs benny i got a “fruit salad” served in a tiny ketchup cup and instead of fruit salad it was only 3 blueberries and 1/2 strawberry (yes, not even a whole berry) As well as I had to ask for water a few times. Although the table support staff was very nice, our server was not.

I love breakfast. My wife is an eggs Benedict snob and she loved hers.
Food was dry waited over 45 minutes for it. Our server left and another staff member had to complete our experience. Had to substitute what we wanted due to a Fryer breakdown not our problem. No offer of discount we had to fight to just get our coffee pricing off of it. $44.43 for crappy service and then pay 37.29 didn’t even want to pay that. We won’t ever be back!!

Excellent service! I work in an environment where customer service is incredibly important, so I always pay close attention when I’m out—looking to learn from great experiences and also noting behaviours I wouldn’t want to emulate.
The customer service here was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive and seemed to know what I needed before I even did. My coffee was always full, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, and everyone was so sweet and kind.
This was the best breakfast experience I’ve had in years. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Eggsmart—excellent job all around!

We actually left another restaurant to come here.. and it was a Wonderful experience. The service was top notch. They constantly were refilling coffee’s, making sure their tables were taken care of.
The food was wonderful.. the staff were just so on top of things and I’m floored at the amazing experience! Affordable and delicious with wonderful service!

Visited for breakfast on a slow Monday. Food was very mediocre, they messed up multiple items we ordered despite putting it into an iPad as we ordered (I.e: white toast rather than rye, missing fruit, missing maple butter for pancakes). Service was slow, and food left us wanting more… everything is quite bland … would not return based on our experience today
