We eaten at Eggsmart for several years but have not been there for over a year. It's always been a pleasure going there for breakfast. Not now! One waiter on duty and almost every table was cluttered. Bacon was cheap and burned to a crisp. Hardly any butter on the toast. Bread quality has suffered. Cheap sausages over cooked and tasteless. Pancakes were cheap and thin with zero taste. Not fluffy. The eggs were very good as was the coffee.

We alway's eat brunch in eggsmart mart but the latest one we had is disappointing. We ordered big breakfast the bacon is burnt as well as sausages dry and not juicy, pancake is dry not fluffy and the fruit is ridiculous just one piece of strawberry cut into 4 slices. Fruits are not expensive can you at least serve more please.

Got a meat lover platter to go. Could have passed as a vegetarian dish. Wish I had of checked before I left with it
I took my mom with me and we went for breakfast but it was the worst we asked for water and orange juice but the cups were very dirty u could literally see the mouth print of the other person who ever used it, I asked to have it changed she just took it to the back maybe. Little wip but was not clean literally was the same cup so I didn’t bother to ask to be changed again so I just clean it with a paper towel that was on the table. And the two girls were very rude and laughed at us when we asked to be changed the cups.

Served warm water, and cold food. 🥶 when we ask for ice for our water we were given a glass of ice. I had ordered a diet coke and was served in a half cup which wasnt even the size of a coke can and charged $3 for it, no refills. We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast and when it finally came it was cold and hard. The butter they gave us for our waffles was so cold it was almost frozen and because the food was cold it didnt melt at all. The eggs were hard like they had been sitting a while. The one kids meal we ordered for our 2 year old was larger than all 4 adult meals we had at our table that were double or more the price. There was two meals that were supposed to be exact same but one had more food than the other as well. On top of all that our waitress was inattentive, monotone, and not very friendly. Overall a terrible experience and way overpriced for the quality and service. Won't be returning.
