If I could give this place a 0 I would. Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress was clueless - waited an hour for food to find out she didn’t even place our order. Waitress didn’t even have the common sense to check to see what the delay was with our food too busy chatting with customers about her country. Manager also didn’t have the decency to talk to us about our concerns. Brutal

Four of us girls went for Breakfast and two of our breakfast had hair in it.We had to pay for our coffee and no resolution or apology from the manager.We told people in the line out and they left.Awful service— awful location in Collingwood…Our waitress was amazing!!!The manager at this location was awful.We will never return!

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday morning with my family. We ordered the Steak and Eggs, Avocado Toast, and Barbacoa Fiesta. I must say that all the dishes were scrumptious!Our server, Anna, was friendly and helpful, even though the restaurant was bustling with customers. Her service was top-notch and added to the overall delightful experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

Also the fact that an employee contacted me about a tip is extremely unprofessional but when we usually tip large I never get a message thanking me. Won’t be going back ?

My mother and I recently visited this location on vacation and I'm glad we did! We were seated very quickly after being promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. The menu has something for everyone! We were very impressed with the amount of gluten Free AND keto options which are never easy to find. The portions were generous (and hot!), the service was wonderful (we never had to ask for refills on drinks) and despite our various alterations to our meals due to dietary restrictions, everything came out PERFECTLY. We will definitely return to this location and try others, locally, because of our positive experience.

I normally don’t write reviews, but today I felt inspired.The bald server was rude, and as a server myself, I’ve seen his type before. He seemed angry and not very approachable. He didn’t approach our table after 20 minutes of waiting. By the time we got our food (punched in by the poor trainee), the table next to us got their food. We waited another 20 minutes, and the food finally arrived. It wasn’t good. The potatoes were undercooked, the bacon was meh, and my eggs were cold. It sucked.
Food was ok, had two mamosa in 1 hour then got cut off. Don’t think your employees should be messaging customers about the amount of tip they leave when it’s a low amount but when we leave a good tip we don’t hear any.

On- line menu shows 3 sides with breakfast but in store menu only showed 2 sides with breakfast.Background music was a little too loud to carry on conversation.Will wait a few weeks before re- visiting.

Wow! What an experience it was eating at this eggsmart location. Their customer service is grand and a step above most places you will ever eat. They are also very good with kids.The food was also delicious and was prepared in a timely manner. Plenty of condiment variety to select from for your bread. Mixed with the bottomless coffee, I would highly recommend coming here.
