The restaurant is beautiful and has that warm welcome feel. This has been a favourite spot for us for a while. However, the last sit-down and take-out (pick up) experiences we had here were disappointing, and even more so because it is a favourite of ours. The potatoes were mush, the meat wasn't crispy at all, the saganaki was cold, the calamari was burnt. The list goes on and I hate to give a bad review to a restaurant, but I'm hoping this catches someone's attention, so that the quality of food coming out of the kitchen improves and for no other reason.

I really used to like this place but my last 3 meals have been unremarkable and definitely feeling like the preparation was rushed. Gryo was soft and not crispy, the lemon pepper potato side is served soggy like porridge with many mashed bits, but the big ones are undercooked on the inside. My favorite used to be the saganaki, which too is undercooked and hard in the middle with almost no crust. Sorry to say it feels like they're just trying to rush through orders and the food quality has fallen off a cliff. The owner is there supervising so I don't understand how she's okay with that comes out of the kitchen. Take your time. Roast the potatoes. Cook the food to perfection. They have all the ingredients to serve the perfect Greek dish, but the execution is all over the place lately. I've experienced this during dine in and take out. Prices are high for a Greek restaurant, and I was okay to pay the menu price for meals that used to hit the spot, but now it has me choosing other options. Wish they hired more hands and trained them properly, or just paid more attention to details.

We recently ordered some catering trays for our holiday party. Bessie and the staff at Fig and Feta were very helpful in selecting the dishes for our event. The food was plentiful and delicious! All the guests commented on how good it was! Thank-you so much for making our party a great success (and no work on my part).

This is not just Greek fast food.Dishes are upgraded for restraint quality.The first I thought seems small compared to Toronto restraint but actually filled me up!Also I felt each dishes made properly which made by passionate and professional,so I felt satisfaction.I definitely can recommend my family or friends.And I will go back soon!

Every time we are in Collingwood we make the Fig and Feta a destination. Last week was our first time eating at the NEW location (next door). Often times when a restaurant grows to a larger location food, service and atmosphere suffer. This however is not the case! The food, as it always is, was fantastic. We shared an appetizer, enjoyed the fresh cold salad and an order of pork souvlaki as well as the fried calamari. Everything was fresh, tasty as heck and presented perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and friendly as are all of the staff. Just a wonderful meal and highly recommended. And yes, again this year we had to take home several bottles of their homemade salad dressing. Go to the Fig and Feta and enjoy it for yourself!
