Stopped by here after blue mountain and got a Greek salad as an appetizer and the haddock and chips. Everything was delicious. The fish and chips were great 10/10 we’ll be visiting this spot every time we come up

This is the only place you should go to for fish. Love it.

This place is unfortunate now. I used to absolutely love it. Now it's $80+ for take out tonight for 3 piece of fish and chips.. not only was it freezing cold when picked up, the smallest amount of fries and forgotten coleslaw and a joke size container of tarter... I called and she didn't really care.. just said they've had to raise their prices and wanted to pass me to the manager on the phone. I just left it alone and will never be eating here again. Save your money and go to Georgian Family restaurant for fish and chips or the Fish market..Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else in Collingwood, so disappointed.

This response from the owners is absolutely trash. Another reason to avoid this place. For the record my order was going to be ready at 6:10pm as agreed upon on the phone, my debit receipt says 6:12pm. There was ZERO condiments shown at the front and none offered. The joke size tartar sauce I actually had to PAY for. Plus, no mention of the 2 missing coleslaw that were supposed to come with our meals according to the menu and did not. I have been frequently eating out in Collingwood for over a decade and let me tell you, inflation has not turned other local establishments into money hungry shrinkflation portions and poor service like this place.

You don't trust a decades long rep from Georgian Family Restaurant for fish and chips then head to the harbour market, Beaver and bulldog, lakeside or Huron club for a better experience all around.
Absolutely ridiculous. Do better as a local spot.

This is one of our go-to restaurants in town. The hosts, Abbie and Haley always greet us with a smile, and the servers Michelle and Lisa are so fun and make our visits enjoyable. The batter is light and crispy making the haddock so delicious.

I’ve been there to eat and things use to be great. We crave for it and website price was lower and I took a menu from the restaurant and it is higher. Anyways I bought the Pollock family dinner $35 and Halibut one peice only was $19.99. Total bill $64, Pollock was all batter, hardly and fill. For $20 Halibut very small peice. Never again are we ever going back and throwing $65 away. Wow horrible dinner. It wasn’t even the price, the fish was all batter that was really frank yellowish colour, looks a bit Burt. Don’t mind paying the price if the food was like it used to be to be. Thank you for your response.

Great dining experience and staff were friendly and attentive. While the fish was done well, the filet seemed to be cut in half and was very thin. Everything was great but the portion left me disappointed.

This was my first time at Fish & Sips on Hurontario St. in Collingwood and I was pleasantly surprised as to how good it was.
Michelle the waitress was very nice and polite. The Fish and Chips were served fresh and hot and it was not oily at all. The Restaurant is so clean you could eat off the floor. I will return.

I ordered takeout, and the experience was alright. I was hoping to order polluck but it was sold out, so i ended up spending double the price to order hallibut instead, which was fine. I also upgraded to a poutine. The order was missing my coleslaw, which would have been a nice break from the rest of the fried food. It also didn't come with a house made tartar sauce or lemon wedge which I thought was odd. The poutine was good but some of the fries were undercooked. I wasn't blown away but may be worth another try.
