I ordered takeout, and the experience was alright. I was hoping to order polluck but it was sold out, so i ended up spending double the price to order hallibut instead, which was fine. I also upgraded to a poutine. The order was missing my coleslaw, which would have been a nice break from the rest of the fried food. It also didn't come with a house made tartar sauce or lemon wedge which I thought was odd. The poutine was good but some of the fries were undercooked. I wasn't...
We’ve been regular patrons at Fish and Sips since they’ve first opened and we’ve never been disappointed. We don’t get the chance to dine in as regularly as we want in recent years but it’s still a staple for us when it comes to take out. The owners are fantastic and have been so accommodating since day one. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment, it’s hands down my favourite restaurant to frequent outside the one I work at.
