Honestly, worst. I don’t write reviews normally but I must. I ordered a few times on uber and they always mess up the order. Today was the final and last time I order. Not enough sauce in the meal and also no straws was given with the smoothies. Is it that hard to prepare properly before packaged. Terrible!

Staff is friendly and professional but shrinkflation is impacting the portion size. Trying to pay by credit card to order in advance for conveinent pick up slaps a 20% surcharge. Last time I'll be paying that surcharge.

Went to Freshii today and got 2 pangoa bowls and a chicken and cheese pocket. Portion size is very small for what you’re paying for.. I even asked for extra rice and you wouldn’t know.

I stopped in on the weekend for a smoothie (which was great). Staff were fast and efficient but more importantly, they went above and beyond to track me down when they discovered I had left my wallet behind. Much appreciation.

We ordered 4 meals and all but 1 was wrong. One was no chicken and they put chicken. The person who ordered it is vegan so she couldn’t eat it at all. Mine was not meant to have cucumbers and it had cucumbers which I absolutely hate so my mine as ruined. The other person who wasn’t meant to have black bean but it did anyways. We called and they didn’t offer to correct it or compensation. Very disappointing. We will not be ordering from there again.

Too small portion compared to other locations I visited. Did not get black beans in it which go by the recipe. When I am away on vacation, I eat only in freshii, this time won't due to small pricey portions as this is the only location near me.

Ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl. It was fresh, tangy, and had a nice crunch to it. Definitely a good choice if you’re craving something light but satisfying. Unfortunately, the Lemongrass Soup was a letdown. Tasted like it came straight out of an instant noodle pack—bland and artificial. Save your money and skip this one.
