Found 3 hairs on 3 different plates of food… could have been more but those were the ones we noticed. After we found the 2nd hair the waitress was notified… we could tell that the owners did not want to deal with us and were making the waitress’ talk to us as we were asked “what do you want us to do” but it was clearly coming from the back and making the poor waitress ask us. After we found the 3rd hair in my daughters food we were done and stopped eating. Again told the waitress and you could tell she was annoyed by the whole situation as no one from the back would come out so they were left to deal with it. When we went to figure out if we were paying or not and asked to talk to the owners we were told “they aren’t good with customers”. What kind of response is that to people who own a restaurant?! If you aren’t good with customers maybe don’t own a business that relies on customers? We did get our whole table for free but that was basically us saying we weren’t paying for any of the meals.
A friend of mine from the table saw in the back that the cook had a beard with no hair net on so we can only assume it was from that.
The waitress’ were great and we gave her a tip to make sure she didn’t lose out on money but the fact that the owner did not come out to talk to us is absolutely ridiculous.
Members of my family have been going to this restaurant for years with no issues but the way this was handled is ridiculous.. we will definitely not be back.

We order from here regularly while we're in our place in Wasaga on weekends (they deliver from Collingwood via Uber Eats). From the first day we went to their buffet breakfast where the owner, Christina greeted us so graciously and served prime rib along with a wide variety of other food items - she even gave us bone to bring home for our dog after taking the time to engage with us. What keeps bringing us back is the quality, the taste, fresh ingredients (the tzatziki is homemade with lots of garlic) and the portions are extremely generous. Bring your appetite! We can't finish any of their meals in one sitting. It took my son 5 attempts to finish his pork schnitzel dinner....lol. We love this place, especially the Greek food, fish & chips, calamari and obviously schnitzel. Good places like this are hard to find and appreciate it so much! You definitely have customers for life from our family :)

They have done a great job for years and I thoroughly enjoy eating there. They get busy so food takes longer but that’s life so if you’re going to complain about that then go to McDonald’s. Quality food and quality service takes time.

Wow!!! My friends and I stopped by to fuel up before our road trip back home and we left from here STUFFED!! The portions were MASSIVE and everything that we ordered tasted so so so very good ☺️The staff were so sweet and the ambience was so welcoming! Will definitely stop by when we’re there in the future. Highly recommend 😁

This brunch spot is a gem! The food is fresh, portions are generous, and the prices are unbeatable. The selection is fantastic, with something for every craving (sweet to savoury and everything in between). The staff are incredibly friendly—you can tell how much they care because they even call some regulars by name.
We went on Christmas Eve, and although it was packed, the atmosphere was warm and family-oriented. Despite the crowd, the service was great, and the vibe was cheerful. Highly recommend for a delicious and welcoming brunch experience!

Was at a Christmas Luncheon today with the Wasaga Beach Prime Time Club. It was a set turkey dinner menu. The presentation was beautiful each plate (party of 40), salad fresh, pie yummy and coffee also fresh and hot. Servers professional, pleasant and worked very hard to ensure all of our party was served in a timely fashion. It was my first time there however will not be my last. Well done!
