I’ve tried so hard to not write a bad review about this location. One time I got a chicken burger with nothing on it. Today my burger is missing pickles and lettuce. The drive threw takes and extremely long time. I waited 20 mins for 2 combos. I love Harvey’s and Swiss chalet but this location need to get its standards up.

Someone should open a new franchise of Harvey’s in Collingwood, drive through is always slow 😭😭😭 - takes forever even for a 4 car line up.
Are people not trained here ? Why is it always slow, Sunday evenings are the worst!!!

I absolutely love this location! Always clean and welcoming. The young lady Kristina, who not only took our order but dressed our burgers, was fantastic. Super friendly and quick.

Food was handled by multiple people not wearing gloves. Watched one individual walk from taking someone else’s order, grab food and bring it to the front and at no point wash their hands. Only half the staff was wearing some kind of uniform. The rest were in random coloured polo shirts. The restaurant behind the counter was a complete mess.

I won't be coming back. Have been coming to this location for over a decade. It has always been slow. It gets silly, however, when 3 orders take 15 minutes, and then my drink is just carbonated water. The service and quality have consistently just fallen further and further downward, and the prices just keep going up. Won't be back to this location ever again.

Normally not one to leave reviews but I ordered ahead of time, waited and extra 20 minutes for food that said it was ready. They were sold out of one of the items I ordered... There was one guy cooking and three people standing around. I can understand why this place has such low reviews. They replaced my missing item with onion rings which took another 10 minutes. Ayo organize your staff this place could be much better.
