My husband burger was made and sat under heat lamps for 10 minutes while my dinner was still being cooked. His poutine was also cold and my chicken wrap fell apart in my first bite!! Extremely disappointed! We used to always have a great experience! Will be a long time before we go back!

I’ve tried so hard to not write a bad review about this location. One time I got a chicken burger with nothing on it. Today my burger is missing pickles and lettuce. The drive threw takes and extremely long time. I waited 20 mins for 2 combos. I love Harvey’s and Swiss chalet but this location need to get its standards up.
Went for lunch. Met with a smile by Kristina who provided swift and friendly service. Food was good. Not my first visit here, but probably the best one thanks to the staff!

Ordered food for pick up. The food was not ready and had to wait 20 mins, after the given time. And they missed food from the order which we did not notice till we got home. Tried calling the store but no one answers.

Someone should open a new franchise of Harvey’s in Collingwood, drive through is always slow 😭😭😭 - takes forever even for a 4 car line up.
Are people not trained here ? Why is it always slow, Sunday evenings are the worst!!!
