Literally just came from McDonald's. Only two cars in the parking lot. How can you forget to give somebody a part of their meal that they paid for? Extremely not happy with this service

Big question has anyone noticed that the burgers at the collingwood McDonald's location smell so HORRIBLE like im talking so horrible that I almost threw up just by being near my partner while he was eating a burger. I don't remember the burgers smelling so bad.

Worst Mcdonald’s location i ever visited. Most of the staff are unprofessional,arrogant and untrained.Most of them have no sense of customer service. Feel free to contact me if Senior staff, Manager or Owner would like to dig into it & try to solve this issue or problems prospective guests not get these bad experiences.
I am disappointed with many things about the McDonald's in Collingwood first of all they charge u extra for little extras, second the prices have sored and not much for your money, they have great staff that cannot except tips, but don't get even a reward with a Christmas bonus or party, this is terrible moral for the staff.

My review is regarding the rigidness of the policy for no lunch items until 11am. Came at 10:50am to order breakfast items but a member of our party who cannot eat the breakfast items could not order anything from the lunch menu for another 10 minutes. Otherwise an average McD’s.
