Minh’s shows up in taste and authenticity. Rare beef pho and cold crunchy shrimp rolls exceeded expectations. Every table taken with steady walk-ins. Please get more help for your floor staff :-)

Had an amazing experience at this Pho restaurant, by far my favourite and was the best tasting out of the pho restaurants I’ve tried. The server that day was amazing too! We came in at around 11:30 am with a warm welcome, my family members were exchanging conversations with him, it was such a pleasant experience. The next time I go to blue mountain again, this place will be a go to!

I visited this store based on its high rating, but my first experience left me both disappointed and shocked. As a family of six, we arrived to find the store full and waited at the doorway for over 10 minutes before a staff member finally approached us to ask how many people were in our group. After I answered, they simply walked away without any follow-up, leaving us to continue waiting with no clarity on what to expect.
As we waited, a group of eight people arrived and lined up behind us. To my astonishment, one of the women from their group walked over to a table for six that was about to become available. The previous diners were still finishing up—one person had gone to pay, and another was still eating. As soon as the last person stood up, the woman from the group of eight took a seat, waved over her group, and they claimed the table as if it was theirs.
I immediately approached a waiter to point out that we had arrived first and it was unfair for a group that came in after us to simply grab a table without waiting their turn. I expressed my frustration, saying, “Why are we being overlooked like this? It’s unfair for someone who arrived after us to take a table ahead of us, especially when they didn’t even wait properly.” The waiter, visibly busy, gave me no response and walked away.
We waited for another 10 minutes, hoping the situation would be addressed, but nothing was done. Even my 10-year-old child noticed the injustice and approached the waiter to explain the situation again. We then witnessed the waiter turn to the woman who had taken the table, exchange a brief conversation in their language (Vietnamese), and walk away without providing us with any update or resolution.
This was an appalling experience. For a restaurant in a busy tourist area, one would expect better organization and a fair system to assist guests in the order of their arrival. Instead, this establishment failed to manage seating fairly or maintain any semblance of order. Despite raising our concerns multiple times, nothing was done to address the issue.
What’s even more troubling is the behavior of the woman who blatantly disregarded the waiting order and claimed a table in front of children, including her own. Such actions set a terrible example for the younger generation, and the restaurant’s failure to intervene only implied that this kind of behavior is acceptable.
This experience has left a sour impression, and I cannot recommend a place that shows such disregard for fairness, respect, and proper customer service.

Our experience at this Vietnamese restaurant was really good^-^
The six of us went there and waited for a full twenty minutes, but we were interrupted by a group of dead Vietnamese. The point is that the staff didn't know whether they were blind or mentally ill, but they didn't stop them at all. Why, just because they and Are you from the same country? Moreover, those Vietnamese people were so shameless that they told us confidently: "Whoever sits first will get it." The staff also spoke for those Vietnamese people. Didn't they understand the first-come, first-served principle? Can Vietnamese have privileges? Please give me an explanation for this restaurant😡🤬.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last time visiting Minh’s. Granted it was Christmas Eve however , they were more interested in serving their door dash and Uber eats orders than restaurant patrons. We had to ask for plates, cutlery and water. When we stopped and asked how long for the food to arrive the waiter said he didn’t speak English.
We paid for the appetizers and left.

Delicious Pho, lots of other great options as well.
Soda lemonade was a personal favourite
The food was decent, but it was very slow by Vietnamese restaurant standards. We waited 25-30 minutes for simple beef noodle soup orders. It usually takes less than 10 minutes at other places even during busy times. The food was a bit on the pricey side as well. Like would not go back.

I have never seen Dim Sum sold by each piece!!$2.50 for each!! Additionally, I have never had such a small portion size of Pho. The menu is different from the one in summer, and the quality of meals are different. This is my last time.
