We enjoyed this restaurant very much! Friendly service, lovely atmosphere, and delicious food! We ordered Pho with beef brisket and tendon, Broken rice with pork chops, and fresh coconut water. We want to mention that the staff worked very hard and served a full house with great efficiency, and we truly appreciated them! Will come again!

During our recent stay at the Collingwood Resort, we had the pleasure of visiting another restaurant in Owen Sound. Before leaving this beautiful town, we felt compelled to stop by once more and indulge in some takeout (Banh Mi, siu-mai, and Bun Thit Nuong).
Thank you so much for your wonderful service! The food was truly exceptional, and it made our experience all the more special. If we ever have the chance to return to this lovely area, we’ll definitely make it a point to visit you again. ❤️
Bye Collingwood, we will see you guys next time🥰🥰🥰

Minh's is truly a gem. It's the first place we eat when we visit Collingwood, and the last place we eat before we leave. The rest of the year, we reminisce and look forward to our next visit.
I always order the chicken pad thai. It is by far the best I've ever had, even in Toronto and NYC. My son always orders the pho. The rest of the family orders something different every time and no one has ever been disappointed (and my kids are quick to criticize). The quality of the ingredients is evident and very appreciated. Our favorite part, though, is probably the owner, who is delightfully warm and welcoming. Glad to see they are opening more - I just wish there was one closer to home!

We loved our dinner at Minh's, and the vegetarian pho was the best I've ever had! We will be back again. 😊

A nice Vietnamese place with Thai food and also dim sum. The food is great, though my pho had too much onion in it for my taste. Everything else was good though.

Food was excellent but service sucked. The waiter was not efficient, not friendly at all and not of service.

I stayed in Collingwood for one night but visited Minh’s twice because it’s some of the best Pho soup I’ve ever had! Their shrimp tempura is some of the best I’ve had too! And their Pad Thai is very good. The staff was friendly, prompt and accommodating (we asked to switch pork with chicken for a particular rice dish). I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because some of the interior/decor is outdated and some of the patrons were obnoxious. But it doesn’t really matter because the food is so good. It’s not necessarily fine dining.

Service: The owner Toi is such a friendly and welcoming person. He lets my little dog in the carrying bag staying in the restaurant so that my whole family can enjoy an excellent dinner.
Dining Areas: Inside restaurant is very clean and comfortable. Large windows with good sunlight. Kids friendly. The outside patio is excellent for friends gathering and party.
Food: The pho soup noodles are outstanding. I almost drank all the soups in two bowls. Did not feel thirsty after eating meaning very little or no MSG. Portion is good.
The basil is so fresh and has a fantastic strong and special taste/aroma which goes so well with the pho.
The pad Thai is cooked right which is very tasty.
Comparing to the pho restaurants in Toronto, this Minh’s pho in Collingwood deserves to be in the top level.
Overall: If I could give 6 stars I would. This restaurant has become my family’s must-go-place every time we visit Blue Mountain.

Minh’s shows up in taste and authenticity. Rare beef pho and cold crunchy shrimp rolls exceeded expectations. Every table taken with steady walk-ins. Please get more help for your floor staff :-)
