Came here with my snowboard club (like 60-80 people) on a Sunday night, talked with owner Marcos ahead of time for a heads up and he did a great job accommodating to us for what is usually a slow night I imagine. Lovely spot, friendly staff, will be returning

I used to go there but I did not need any Id. We were just about to play billiards but I forgot my Id and the Indian guy security was extremely rude to me. I understand the situation but my husband showed his Id yet still treated like we were garbage. I used to enjoy the pool but now I will never ever go again to this annoying place. They suck!!!!!!!!!

Dont bother putting your name on a waitlist. I put my name on the waitlist for pool with Anna, and watched it be given to another group of people. When I asked her about it she said the table was out of order, and then that she couldn't hear me. Not even a minute later another group of people asked for pool and the manager gave them pool access. When I asked the manager she said that Anna never told her there was a list.
Anna's service has been bad several times before, but this time I left frustrated

Would love it if this establishment would hire a professional DJ. Such a disappointment for local Collingwood culture.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Bartenders were unbelievably rude and the security was a joke and treated my friends very poorly. Definitely do not recommend.

This Collingwood institution is top notch, the tables are always clean, fast friendly service, and there were only 2 degenerates in the bathroom bangin lines off the toilet. The glory 🕳️ was in fine form, fast 'tongey' service the too!
