Worst service ever. The guy in glasses had no smile no thank you ad if he is paying us to eat. He gave 5 piece of fries when we ordered

Super place to eat.

Ordered two beef barbacoa burrito bowls that cost about $16 each, they tasted burnt and bland. Disappointing. Probably wont go back.

Worst customer experience! They had two employees working with a line up of roughly 5 people. A man who was dining in the restaurant with a larger group cut the line twice while one of the employees stopped everything to jump up and serve the man four separate orders without even acknowledging anyone else who had been waiting almost 15 minutes at this point for their ‘fast’ food…Needless to say I decided to take my business elsewhere!

This is usually my favorite chain of restaurants but not this one. Walked in to a weird poopy smell. Burrito bowl was cheap with ingredients with a very watery sauce. Place wasn't too clean. Will not go back.

Bought 3 kid's burritos. Portions were small - 6 pcs of chips included in the kids' meal. Service was not great either. They had no juice boxes left, so the guy's solution for me was to get any pop cans or 2 bottles of apple juice (instead of 3). Not my fault you have no appropriate stock. Any other decent place would have just replaced it with three apple juice bottles. My kids are too young for pop, so they shared the two bottles of apple juice, back splash and all.

Lastly, I asked to have my rewards card scanned a couple of times. He said he will do it after paying. After I paid, he forgot to do it because he was already moving on to the next customer. When I reminded him, I got a face. At that point, I just moved on and deleted my account for good. There are a lot of other good places to eat in collingwood to waste time and money here.

I recently visited Mucho Burrito in Collingwood, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made right in front of me. I ordered a Veggie Burrito with black beans, cilantro-lime rice, guacamole, and roasted veggies—it was packed with bold flavors and just the right amount of spice. The chips and queso were a great side, and the churros were the perfect sweet treat to finish off my meal.

Burrito was mostly rice, veggies were mushy.
Disappointing

Amazing food. Always fresh and great service. Quality ingredients and fantastic staff. Highly recommend coming by to grab lunch or dinner!

The fellow at the counter was very nice and polite, even though we had some communication issues. The lady at the back came out to help, and all was good ☺

As with all Mucho Burrito places, everything is made to order and in front of you.

The order counter was clean, as was the dining room and bathroom.

Bottled drinks are cold and nowhere near expiring - I've had that issue with Dr. Pepper pop in other places.
Usic was loud enough to hear, but not so loud that I couldn't converse with my companions.

Overall, a nice quick eats experience, and I would come here again. 👍

Parking: Parking is at the back of the building, but there's an entrance there too. No safety concerns.

It’s good food. But for the price it could be better. They tend to really slack on the protein portions giving you barely any compared everything else in the bowl/burrito then try to upsell you on adding more for extra $. For the price being over $20 after tax there should be 2x 3x as much meat. Almost wanted to walk out for how much was put on.

Fast and clean service, burrito wasn't blended fully like other locations, and the daiya cheese wasn't melted, but the crumble was good and warm. Service made up for it. Other locations were better with melting the cheese and blending the burritos, but overall, it was a pretty good experience deserving of 5 stars. Good size burrito with no rips or overflow as always, keep it up :)
