Sad burrito… went in to get two burritos, only ended up getting one because the toppings didn’t look good at all, $14 for mediocre quality.. nothing was fresh, lettuce all brown and wilted..super cheap with the beans and protein. Won’t be ordering again from this location. Felt food poisoning brewing.. Went and got a wrap from osmows instead.
The burrito was unfortunately not good at all. There were some hard bits sprinkled throughout which made my eating experience like walking in the mine field. If you want a burrito, MUCHO Burrito isn’t the place.
Service is always excellent. Staff are great with communication and managing time expectations. Especially with kids.

Went there yesterday night at 11:30 since we were passing by late at night. A guy in glasses was working there. Seemed like he was paying for our meal or was forced to work there without getting paid. The portion sizes were really small and he had zero interest in answering any of our questions. Was not interested in serving us at all and Had no smile, no welcome, no bye or basic customer service. Had to ask him the same question thrice to get an answer out of him about their items on the menu. The quality of ingredients was cheap as hell and the chips were all soggy and chewy. The owner definitely needs to maintain higher standards and train their employees on what is basic customer service or maybe pay them well so they feel
Like working there. Never going back to this one

Good portions. The meat quality seems lower than in the past. But if you're hungry you will be satisfied. The sauces are fabulous and 3 different types of hot sauces. One nice thing is that the largest size burritos come with quac, you don't have to pay extra. But you do on the smaller ones.

Super place to eat.
Ordered two beef barbacoa burrito bowls that cost about $16 each, they tasted burnt and bland. Disappointing. Probably wont go back.

We had a great time they have great food and good service thx
Worst customer experience! They had two employees working with a line up of roughly 5 people. A man who was dining in the restaurant with a larger group cut the line twice while one of the employees stopped everything to jump up and serve the man four separate orders without even acknowledging anyone else who had been waiting almost 15 minutes at this point for their ‘fast’ food…Needless to say I decided to take my business elsewhere!
This is usually my favorite chain of restaurants but not this one. Walked in to a weird poopy smell. Burrito bowl was cheap with ingredients with a very watery sauce. Place wasn't too clean. Will not go back.
Bought 3 kid's burritos. Portions were small - 6 pcs of chips included in the kids' meal. Service was not great either. They had no juice boxes left, so the guy's solution for me was to get any pop cans or 2 bottles of apple juice (instead of 3). Not my fault you have no appropriate stock. Any other decent place would have just replaced it with three apple juice bottles. My kids are too young for pop, so they shared the two bottles of apple juice, back splash and all.
Lastly, I asked to have my rewards card scanned a couple of times. He said he will do it after paying. After I paid, he forgot to do it because he was already moving on to the next customer. When I reminded him, I got a face. At that point, I just moved on and deleted my account for good. There are a lot of other good places to eat in collingwood to waste time and money here.
I recently visited Mucho Burrito in Collingwood, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made right in front of me. I ordered a Veggie Burrito with black beans, cilantro-lime rice, guacamole, and roasted veggies—it was packed with bold flavors and just the right amount of spice. The chips and queso were a great side, and the churros were the perfect sweet treat to finish off my meal.
