Their apple fritters are incredible and Nicky's ice cream with the sweet corn, cheesecake bits and blueberry is sublime. I would eat it every day if I could. I should also add that the owners are lovely and we enjoy chatting with them every time we go in.

We went in near closing so had a limited selection. The cheese & cream topped Philippine inspired donut was my favourite. Creamy & not salty. The cheese strands were almost crispy. Very good. The banana donut ( pandana?) was just a plain donut with green icing & banana chips. Did not taste of banana. The apple fritters were greasy & overly sweet & heavy. We took a few bites & threw them out. I was expecting a bit more creativity & better execution. The banana donut could have had a banana pastry cream inside & simple powdered sugar on top. It would have been far superior. I don’t understand the preoccupation with making so many of the donuts vegan. Not that I have anything against vegans. They just might taste better with some cream or eggs.

Had the pleasure of meeting Nicky + Sam this morning. They were both so informative of all the different flavour profiles & which to avoid (we had some allergy concerns). They offered us samples of the different ice cream flavours.
We ended up getting 1 of each flavour donut and doubled up on 2 others. We also got a carrot cake ice cream. Everything was so fresh, delicious and well done.
The marketing is amazing. The simple minimalistic fonts and designs used are eye catching and not overwhelming. The main colour in this store is pink & who doesn't love pink?! Totally instagrammable if you're into that.

If you haven't tried this gem of a place you are missing out!! Absolutely delicious I had the sweetcorn and blueberry cheesecake icecream and it was delicious 😋 and for a double scoop waffle cone 11 bucks it was massive and worth every penny..when I went back later last week I tried the donuts...try the cheese 🧀 😋 blow your mind delicious the owner is a lovely man and both the other workers were helpful and polite this place is definitely worth the drive

My husband and I stopped in when we were in town and tried a couple of their donuts. We tried the fruit and nut donut which was okay, but they have a donut that has shredded cheese on top (yes you read that right) and it was 10/10 one of the best donuts I've ever had. So so good.
Visited Collingwood for a short staycation with my boyfriend and dog and Nicky’s Doughnuts and Ice Cream was just around the corner. The interior was so cute and pink - we had to stop by! The employee that helped us was so kind and I was even briefly able to let my dog inside while we ordered a pint for takeout. The mango ice cream was so good - best mango ice cream I’ve had if I’m being entirely honest! Also was pleasantly surprised by the Filipino inspired ice cream flavours they had available. Couldn’t resist grabbing a pint of guyabano (soursop) for my parents haha

This place is super cute. The donut selection is super limited if you go late so try to go early! I got a dozen and most were okay but some lacked excitement and flavour. Mind you because we went at closing all the good flavours were gone. Regardless it’s still a cute spot with great service and good donuts.

Sam and Caesar are extremely hospitable people. My friend and I spoke with them for about 25 minutes about their routine and how they prepare the doughnuts in the morning. Their commitment to the craft is evident, and the quality of their doughnuts speaks for itself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The blueberry cheesecake ended up being my favorite, but the coconut lime was also fantastic!
