Northwinds Brewhouse & Kitchen is a must-visit spot in Collingwood, with amazing food and beers on tap. The fries cooked in duck fat are incredible, and the smash burgers are perfection. The restaurant has a nice layout, although some servers could be more attentive. The Asian chicken salad was underwhelming, but the general tao chicken sandwich was described as unreal with super tender chicken and flavorful sauce. Overall, the friendly and fast service, along with great beer options like the Hightop lager, make Northwinds a favorite stop for both locals and travelers.
