We are visiting from out of town and decided to try Northwinds… and WOW! The personal pizzas were amazing and huge! Beer skateboard flight gave us the ability to try all of their wonderful beers! Chantal our server was excellent and we were able to buy beers on the way out to enjoy at home!

The Best Wings in Town – Perfect for Carnivore!

If you haven’t tried the duck-fat (tallow) fried wings at Northwinds, you’re missing out. Hands down the BEST wings in Collingwood—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of rich flavor that’s perfect for anyone on a carnivore diet (or anyone who just loves amazing wings). No sauces needed, they’re perfection on their own. - sea salt & pepper were amazing

On top of that, the staff is fun, welcoming, and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Great vibes, great food, and absolutely my go-to spot when I’m craving something hearty and satisfying.

Very tasty burgers and brews. Recently visiting from BC. Glad we came here! The smash burger was great, and I had a flight. My faves were the pale ale, English IPA and the sour. Great value for how much food you get! Will for sure be back.

Moderately busy on a Thursday and seemed to get busier as we were there. Great place, look forward to the next visit.

I got their burger with fries and I must say that the amount of food they give you is quite generous! I also love how they season their food. I got a mojito with my meal, but you can also buy cans of beer here to take home. I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Our experience tonight was literally the best restaurant all round. From atmosphere cozy and inviting, the brewing cylinders right there to view was nice, the food was A+++. All three meals were equally as loved, the Big Loop lager was delicious, the Noisy Parker porter was very good. The waitstaff was fantastic, friendly and attentive. So so good, a HIGH recommend! We did the Collingwood one not the blue mtn one.

I’ve been coming to North since it opened. We have always loved the service and the food but the vibe completely changed recently with the staffs new uniforms. We loved the chill vibe with old school brewery tshirts. Do your business a favour before you lose the staff that your regulars come back for.

We love Northwinds, and have been regular customers since it first opened. The food always hits the mark - consistent and delicious - but the new stuffy uniforms (blouses on men???) are leaving much to be desired. Bring back the vintage looking branded t-shirts - you’re aging your staff before their time!!!

But quick question…what is the deal with the new uniforms? It feels like they should be working at the keg and not a brewery. Bring back the North winds tshirts. Feels way too formal

We always have such great service at Northwinds but our server Chantal went above and beyond last weekend. She was so bubbly and fun and just made our entire dinner experience so pleasant. The food was also amazing! Chefs kiss!

Been coming for ages and the food and beer are always phenomenal. Not so cool are the new uniforms - staff look genuinely uncomfortable and it kills the whole brew pub vibe.
