Food is tasty and consistent but they prioritize uber eats etc and have "forgotten" to make my pick up order, then made someone else's order before working on mine.
I've ordered delivery, pickup, and dined here. They could clean the dining area more often.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. My wife isnât a big eater, yet even she felt unsatisfied by the Oz Box. The portions were small, and the taste was just average. Not returning.

I went through the app and ordered Chicken Shawarma, a Taboule Salad, and a side of fries. I ordered at 6:14 and went in 15 mins later to pickup my order. They hadnât started it. They didnât know about it, until I told them I was picking up my order. The supervisor told me the salad was not available. I asked âWhy? Because I was able to order it on the app, so it should be available and I paid for itâ It was then I was put on the phone with the manager by the âsupervisorâ. He informed me that the taboule has been discontinued. I said âok, I understand you donât have it, but I still ordered it through your app and paid for it.â I thought this was the last of it, nope. I spoke with the manager 3 more times about the same order and what they were going to do after talking to his supervisor. Why she couldnât tell me what was going on, is beyond me. But I digress. I waited and talked to the manager of the store for almost 45 mins altogether. He asked if I wanted hummus instead as itâs about the same price as the taboule. I told him the customer is busy and I canât contact them. I told him âI get that youâre refunding the salad and I donât want a replacement as this was for someone other than myself and they were busy, so I canât contact them about side replacements.â That took another 15 mins. I asked about compensation for my time and efforts and the manager said thereâs nothing they can give me. At this point I just wanted the food and to leave. I had to keep reminding them of my order, despite having the order right in front of them. Then I had to repay for everything minus the salad. Just to get out of there, I said whatever. I paid, got the side order of fries (which I had to remind them of for the 4th time) and left. I quite enjoy their food, but this level of customer service is unacceptable. I wonât be back to this location again.

When you order online, you expect your order to be ready when you get there to pick up. Not only was my order not ready, but it wasnât even started! Not to mention having to wait 20+ minutes for it to be prepared after back and forth with the manager about the salad I ordered being discontinued yet still available on the app. Manager couldnât even offer me anything in terms of compensation for all the hassle.. used to love their food but after this experience, I will not be back. HORRIBLE customer service, and employees seemed completely lost and disorganized.

Customer service was good however the food was bad. The portion was very small compared to other locations and the rice I got with my order was undercooked and crunchy. They remade it quickly and were nice about it
