AMAZING food. Their menu is massive it's literally a book. Huge portions for a good price and great quality. The only thing I really didn't like is the neglected fish at the entrance. The tank needs to be cleaned and the water needs to be changed or top up. I'd prefer if they rehomed them and replaced with normal decorations. If they did this I would raise my Atmosphere rating, but currently it is a 1.

Our experience at this restaurant was, unfortunately, disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that they couldn’t prepare bubble tea or shakes because the only staff member who knew how to make them was on vacation. This was an odd start to the evening.

Things didn’t improve much when our waiter handed us a bottle of beer that was overflowing, apologized, and then flicked the bottle cap at us.

The food was a mixed bag. The shredded pork fresh rolls had a gritty texture, leaving us uncertain if it was seasoning or something worse. The spring roll had an off-putting chlorine-like taste. On the positive side, the chicken and beef fried rice and Cantonese chow mein were decent and saved the meal from being a complete disaster.

The bathrooms, however, were shocking. Hidden down an unlit hallway, they were poorly maintained with a “last cleaned” sign that had never been filled out. The half-height partitions between stalls made for an uncomfortable and awkward experience. Like another reviewer mentioned, it’s best to avoid them altogether.

Order from Uber eats, while eating I felt something sharp and it was two plastic pieces.

The food here is actually pretty decent. We got the Tom Yum soup which was very good and the sweet and sour beef which was absolutely phenomenal. I have been to this location a few times while visiting Collingwood. Yes, the place is dirty and yes, the service sucks, but if you're coming in for a decent meal, this is a good choice.

This place needs to shut down. Food was ok but really concerned about the cleanliness and service. Avoid the washroom at all costs.

I’m Vietnamese and I have ate pho my whole life. I get disappointed when pho restaurants don’t provide the bean sprouts , mint, basil and lime on the side. At least the tea was free , but it was served in a plastic red cup like the old pizza huts cups. Waiter was also rude..

I round right up to 4 stars. Why? Because I love the no bullshit, eat comfort pho vibes.

The owners are slightly untethered but also kind. In my opinion, yummy foods are made and consistently reliable pho. Plus, tasty appetizers to go with it like the cold veggie and shrimp wraps.

My first time trying Pho at this restaurant was an amazing experience! The flavors were absolutely delicious and exactly what I always imagined Pho should taste like. I’m so glad this place gave me such a fantastic first impression of this dish. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and satisfying Pho! 🍜

Well I paid $18.00 for 1 size, which I call a small pho well done beef soup. It's wouldn't call it that the beef tastes old as shoe leather and the soup isn't anything I have ever tasted. The noodles aren't even cooked fully. I lived in Vietnam for 3 months, and I eat plenty of pho at home 3 or 4 times a month... Garbage soup
