The staff truly go above and beyond to make every visit a great one. They’re welcoming, attentive, and clearly take pride in providing great service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
The food quality was great. My friends and I came here after visited a work trip and the ingredients were fresh and prepared perfectly.

Classic Pita Pit I have gone to for many years. Usually quick tasty food. Currently they are too busy with delivery orders that I wasn't even given eye contact until 10+ mins after arrival. Took 35+ mins for one Pita. The guys were nice and I understood they have giant delivery orders to follow, it just doesn't make sense when there are only 2 staff in the building on a Saturday!

I usually don’t leave reviews but it was hard not feeling ripped off when I got a “XL” steak pita for $25 and there was nothing XL about it. There really wasn’t much steak and a burrito boyz burrito or freshii bowl is much more substantial and half the cost. The staff at the front were friendly and professional but the portions were simply not worth it.

Ordered two wraps for the first time with my girlfriend we never had pita pit before. Our server Tate was soooo nice and helpful I hope his manager sees this and know he works hard !

Got HALF a slice of ham on my pita tonight… and my daughter’s buffalo bites were ice cold - heading to McDonald’s now!

I ordered a small southwest steak pita With extra cheese and extra meat. At first, they forgot to charge for the extra meat so I said what about the extra meat and he was like oh yeah I don't mind paying the fee I just wanna make sure that they got it They didn't know how to charge so asked a coworker. She proceeded to take over and charge for extra meat for A regular pita So then I said oh I got a small and she said no and I said no I am ordering a small pita So it should be Small Extra meat. She didn't reply, but changed it too small and then never told the girl making my pita. And the girl making my pita Asked if I wanted chipotle on the grill, which is exactly what southwest steak is. I got tomatoes, and she put a bunch of gross yellow tomatoes on The pita which I never chose to complain about. And then I told her extra cheese and she gives the little bit And typically their training is to do one scoop and then another. And I looked over and realized that there wasn't extra meat On the grill at this point, I was just bothered and wanted to get out of there, but I paid for the extra meat and never got it And had to ask for extra cheese I felt like I was doing their job for them. Very disappointing As I am an old employee of Pita Pit. The atmosphere was fine, but there was no AC so that was bothersome Aswell I brought my baby Hoping to have an outing Together and had to go back into the car to eat.

Every-time I choose this location for lunch they are very slow and train people while a lunch rush is happening. People need to get back to work thats why they choose fast food... will not be back to waste my time or money on poor service
