Morgan definitely goes above beyond: I received the most personalized service for my son’s Order for School. She even prepared the pita after I forgot to re-order it and gave me a call about it. I totally appreciate how she respectfully and in an encouraging manner, Found a solution so that my son could enjoy Pita Day with his classmates. Just ordered from here and received 2 incorrect pitas, one of which had 4 toppings on it... Would not recommend the Hurontario street location in Collingwood if you like pita pit. Just go to blue mountain where the staff clearly pay attention.

The manager Morgan completely ruined mine and my friends visit to the establishment. Refused to correct things and was very ignorant. I truly feel sorry for the workers. You don't quit a job you quit a boss.
If I could give LESS than one star I would. They mess up orders and refuse to rectify them. Horrible service. Needs a complete overhaul on staff! Morgan the manager needs to be fired. Unprofessional and rude. Edit to update: contacting corporate and the better business bureau will get you farther than the store does!
