The worst service I ever had in Canada. Crew doesn’t treat their customers good. As if customers have the only food option at the location.Suggestion: I’m sure you folks(Pita Pit crew) don’t care, but revisit your mechanism of dine-in. Like, take the customer name for the order and call them by their name when the order is ready.

Food looks and tastes amazing and the ambience, the staff is so welcoming and they take ample time to explain a newcomer for pita pit and they have separate grill for vegetarians which I am and I felt very happy about that , cause often you are in a dilemma in a restaurant where meat is contaminated with vegetables but here the transparency is on point and with full of heartfelt confidence you can have the meal !

One of the worst experiences we have ever visiting this place, while we are skiing at blue mountains , we came here as we were hungry and ordered food , the wraps , so not good and they missed the items I told them to not add on our wraps , the person who is preparing the food and making wraps I think he just work there but he behaves like he own this place , and have a bad attitude !! Do not ever try to go to this place if you want to treat well or just ripped your money off !! Not Ben worth we spend almost 50$ on wraps but total garbage and service was terrible !! Hopefully, the store /owner or operator who sees this can talk to this stupidity of their crew who working or teach them some manners to how to behave with customers !!

Terrible service. The workers there have more attitude than the owner. I generally dont write reviews until its something very serious.Incident- We are totally new to PitaPit, we did not know if we have to stand in line or sit, and thats why we asked the cashier if there was a waiting time, and she said “10-15 mins max”. We assumed we have to sit and they will call us with the orders and we go to counter and pickup.Since it was over just 5 mins, and a guy from counter asked if the order(2 chicken shawarma) is yours, and instantly reacted very rudely “this is not something like your MCd, go and stand in the line”This thing triggered a big quarrel between the worker and us. He is not feeding us freely obviously, i am paying for my food.Later the security/police personal arrived, and at last then the manager came and Apologised.I would recommend not to go to this place which does not treat their customers right. They are incredibly rude as if we cannot survive if there was no PitaPit.

Save your money and avoid this place. If i could give 0 stars I would.. ordered a chicken shawarma bowl and they filled it with rice and lettuce and sprinkled maybe 5 small pieces of chicken on it.
