I gave one star only because the delivery driver was polite, but he was unprepared and late. we ordered for the first time on feb 26 2024 and it will be the last time. first, their 60min guarantee or its free rule does not apply. they pulled into my driveway at the 60 min mark. when i met the driver at the door, the pizza was out of the warmer bag and he did not have a payment machine. he apologized and ran back to the car to get it, while i was standing holding a luke warm pizza at best. i paid the driver and asked for my receipt, the debit machine was out of paper so no receipt and proof of lateness. we then sat down to eat, the pizza was not hot, not warm but maybe room temp. as for the flavor, i have had better pizza from frozen. after eating, i called the store to discuss my displeasure, it took 5 min for them to answer the phone. i attempted to discuss the issues and was met with a cold shoulder, the gentleman did not care about the feedback and was not open to discussing about their 60min or free policy. i would have settled for a 10% on the next order, but nothing. the aftermath of this pizza is even worse, as i sit writing this review 10 hours later, the heartburn is still real. i dont get heartburn from any other pizza place, even little casers. i would strongly skip this place and go anywhere but. absolutely terrible all the way from start to finish
