We are at this pizza pizza location As they already have the deal for 2 medium pizzas for $22.49 , we were told to pay regular price at this location because its a holiday with a total $43.52 and also because they said we are extremely busy. This is completely unacceptable from a franchise which is known for its reputation and ethics since 1967. Hard to understand how the owner even got this franchise business approved. I hope this malpractice doesn’t go unnoticeable by authorities as i have already informed them on instagram and corporate office too.We have been ordering from almost 15 years from pizza pizza but never had experienced any malpractice like this. Please find the attached pictures of the store price and trash out of line. And nothing done upon even informing about the garbage.

It’s been a long time since I moved to Canada from India. I’ve tried pizza at many different places here, but none came close to the taste of Indian pizza. However, today I had a paneer pizza, and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved it!

I order two extra lager pizzas for pick up first thing they put wrong toppings and the pizza was undercooked. And the customer service is 0 the guy is working there with short height i don’t why he have too much attitude he don’t know how to talk with customers. Never come again on this location

I just got made to wait over an hour for my food to not even be delivered. When the pizza was at 39 minutes conicidentily 1 minute before it was going to be free the order went delivered and no one showed up. I was watching out my front window the I tore time and they said they showed up but I didn’t answered. Lied to over and over again. The delivery driver showed up as I was pulling out and I asked him what happened to our order and he just laughed at me. Worst service I have ever experienced and complete disrespect for customers. Staff of your reading this head office has already been contacted. If I could give negotiable stars I would

Dissappointed with service..couldn't find address..we are only 2.5 km away and have been for 30 yrs..delivery couldn't find us and returned the pizza back to shop🙄 we called customer service and they said oh sorry we will send a a fresh one now...NO delivery guy was here in 5 mins with that same pizza...cold.called again and they said sorry we will make a new one but want the old one back and how many pieces have been eaten.. I said really????? Bottom line 2nd pizza 6.5/10..go somewhere else

I called asking to be connected with my local store. I accidentally ordered 2 pizzas instead of one, my fault, but I didn’t want to waste food. Even though it came down to losing a customer or not these idiots refused to help me. I’ve been exclusively Pizza Pizza forever - I will never order there again. The only service they offer is the word I’m so sorry I can’t help you with your problem. My problem was hardly even a problem!
