yesterday i visited the pizza store collingwood personally I like the taste and services they treat me very decent way and the staff member also tell me the better deals that is really helpful for me I really like this pizza of Store

If you buy from here, be very careful because they lie and try to scam you. If you don’t notice, they will simply steal your money, and if you do notice, they will say it was a mistake or come up with different excuses. In any case, before making a purchase, make sure you clearly know the final total price so they don’t take your money. 👎🏼👎🏼

Spoke too soon in the first review, last 3 orders have been completely wrong
No staff reads the notes from any delivery app.
The first one I guess was mistakenly cooked that way (I guess that's why it was so good) and every single other one has been done terribly.
Customer service has previously transfered me to talk to the store, now they won't
So instead of leaving my 4 star review, it's being adjusted
1 good order out of 4 orders, where 3 are bad brings you from a 4* to a 1*.
Follow the skipthedishes notes. Read them, follow them and when someone calls to make sure that they read the notes, your customer service staff need to do their job
I asked if he can reach the store he said yes, so I said please just tell them to read the panzerotti order for Tyler in Nottawa...
Then he says he can't do it.
I have about 100 lies from the Customer services reps lying and if this isn't done right I promise I will never eat here again

Gross and will never order from there. Not only was my delivery late, the driver had dropped the pizzas on his dirty car floor then proceeded to deliver the pizza. When we got it the boxes were crunched in, then on top of the pizza was dirt and rocks. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wont suggest this place for dinning , I really had a bad experience , all the tables were very dirty , very unpleasant experience from staff side, the staffs are always busy in their own personal talks and laughs which is not suitable for the customers.

This place use to be great now it is absolutely terrible. I was told my hard earned money cannot be refunded by the corporate office. I can only get a store credit. The second pizza we got was also not cooked. Took it back to the store and no result. Just left it there. Never going back and I will make sure all of Collingwood knows how poorly customers are treated there.

ordered a double cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza, and the experience was very disappointing. The pizza did not have a proper layer of sauce, it looked poorly presented, and overall it didn’t feel hygienic. When I raised my concern to the supervisor, I also noticed that staff were not wearing gloves or hairnets, which is concerning for food safety. When I asked about it, the supervisor told me it was “not needed,” which is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with both the food quality and hygiene standards — worst experience I’ve had at this location.

I had a really bad experience here. I ordered double cheese pizza, but they only gave me single cheese. The pizza itself was not good at all, and on top of that, the hygiene was terrible. None of the staff were wearing gloves or hair nets while making food. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.
Ordered their advertised special XXL for $19.99. When we showed up to pickup order they said they didn’t have the right size box in stock, so they placed new order and charged us almost $38 for the same amount of pizza but in different boxes . Absolutely ridiculous. We had to pay almost double because they didn’t have the right packaging in stock !!!!! We also were missing the dipping sauces we paid for and missing some of our pop cans . Head office call was also no help . We will NEVER order from them again

0 customer service skills at this location. They don’t have paper plates, and instead of saying they don’t have plates, he says - what do you want me to do? I mean what do you serve individual slices on? Just want something to eat my pizza on. Btw this was a $120 order with 4 xxl pizzas. I’d avoid this place if you’re expecting half decent pizza or service

Very bad experience. The pizza was not good and we waited 20 minutes to get that soggy pizza.There was no toppings on the pizza, just the tomato base. We ordered fries and asked for ketchup, he said he don't have ketchup but I saw that he had ketchup there. The tables were dirty and it was very hot inside the store. Very disappointed
