I discovered this the next day when I reheated it, and it was delicious. I also got a few replies to my original review showing that they care. So I beefed up my review to 4 stars. Can't give you the full five stars because when I did pickup it was cold and had been sitting. Thanks pizzaville for caring to follow up! Next time pepperoni on top so it gets crispy.😊Ordered a large cup and char pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and hot peppers. They told me to pick it up at 11:50. I arrived at the store in Collingwood at 11:49, and picked up my pizza. My own fault, I didn't check it. Got home and discovered they didn't put the right pepperoni it, and it was stone cold. Like it had been sitting for an hour. 28$ for a disappointment oizza

If you’re visiting collingwood try here. Always great pizza, put together perfectly, my opinion best sauce, deep fried Panzo is amazing here too. Generous toppings owner and staff are amazing. Have been getting pizza here since the location opened and feel it’s time for a review. Get classic pepperoni pick up deal,$12.99 one topping large is a great night party snack. Give them a try if your in collingwood

Tres Bien! I had awesome experience in pizzaville; ambiance and food was super. In addition, dealing of staff was very polite and wisely; I like it. Specially one kind girl is working over there, she provided us everything beyond her key responsibilities -That was the respect towards the customers. I think her name is Raman Kaur. We placed an Uber Eats order. The pizzas arrived hot and well packaged. They were good but too bad the prices were quite high.

Spent our vacation in Collingwood & decide to order takeout here. Ordered online & says usually take 20min. So glad I set the timer & went there right at 20min. Too bad the app doesn't show the progress. When arrived staff told me he just got the order 5min ago. But then apologize when he looked closely at the time printed on it. I wasn't angry at him as he apologize immediately saying it's a busy day & said takes another 5min or so. And I think it depends on when the central system sent it over to them.
It's mainly the way how polite he's dealing with the situation which gives me patience. I ended up waiting for 40min in total for my order from the time I ordered it. It's late and I was with my kid but it's OK because of their attitude. The staff offered us some free pops and desserts too for getting us wait.
The pizza and wings are great and very hot. And the place seems clean (although I only stayed there waiting to takeout).

Super nice employees, no frills excellent quality pizza at a great price. The $4 huge slices are really 2 slices (they cut them in half for you), so even if you have a huge appetite you don't need to spend more than $8 for a filling lunch or dinner. Went there twice on our vacation to the area and they were consistently good both times.
