Had the pleasure last night of eating at Prime once again, and once again you didnt disappoint. The Food was Fantastic, I ordered the special Artic Char. Its was Amazing! Plus I was lucky enough to sit beside a couple of friends that couldnt finish there meals so I also indulged in the rib eye, the Tuscan Chicken pasta, and the Butter Chicken. It was all so DELICIOUS! We had a delightful dining experience on a busy Friday night, KUDOS to the chef for the absolutely fantastic food and the rich decor, warm & relaxed ambience, friendly staff, made this a truly memorable evening. Many thanks ! We will be back!

Prime Seven Nine is an uptown restaurant that offers a fabulous dining experience. The food is very fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The truffled fries, meatballs, and pasta con funghi continue to be praised for their delicious flavors. Recent reviews highlight the amazing Arctic Char, the perfectly cooked steak frites and rib eye, and the delicious penne with Tuscan chicken and Butter Chicken. The gyoza is a flavourful appetizer with a spicy kick, and the new flatbreads are delicious. The turtles cheesecake and chocolate cake, made locally, are absolutely to die for. The cocktails, including a refreshing Lychee Martini, are quite good, and the service is outstanding and attentive. The owner, Sylvain, is recognized for making guests feel comfortable. The wine list is varied and fairly large. The new patio is very nice and a fantastic spot on nice days. It provides a great dining experience that is highly recommended.
