Had the pleasure last night of eating at Prime once again, and once again you didnt disappoint. The Food was Fantastic, I ordered the special Artic Char. Its was Amazing! Plus I was lucky enough to sit beside a couple of friends that couldnt finish there meals so I also indulged in the rib eye, the Tuscan Chicken pasta, and the Butter Chicken. It was all so DELICIOUS! The Staff is amazing and my Guiness was never empty! Also got a surprise treat with a Lychee Martini, what a refreshing tasty drink, I totally recommend. Just to name drop our server was Amal and he was on point with his service and his helper Sienna was a great help too. Martin the bartender kept the drinks flowing, thanks again for the martini! The owner Sylvain was his amazing self, making everyone feel comfortable, he even taught us some wonderful wine facts and made the mood light and inviting. Every time I come to Prime Seven Nine, its an amazing experience.........I fully recommend this place for lunch or dinner if your in the Collingwood area, and the patio ROCKS as well on a beauty day.

Beautiful restaurant inside but what kind of place that serves burgers doesn’t have mustard? I asked my server and he said that they were out and someone else had the same complaint. I found that very odd and disappointing for a large restaurant to not carry one of the most popular condiments. Couldn’t enjoy my burger because of that. I expected so much more.

Had lunch there this week. Mickey served us. Recommended the beef dip. Best ever! Clearly this is a restaurant where someone in kitchen actually knows what their meals taste like! So many places serve food that tastes like nothing. What a pleasant difference!

Celebrated my 80th birthday on Sunday afternoon, Dec 8 with my husband and all our family & grandchildren. Food was excellent and the server Amal, was very professional and attentive. He went above and beyond in every way. My daughter from Toronto made the reservation and she certainly picked a top venue! The building is beautiful and elegant! My husband & I live in Wasaga Beach and we will definitely come back to Prime Seven Nine! (see pictures of family at lunch)

Kid-friendliness: We had teenaged grandchildren, but we saw younger kids and they looked pretty happy.

Had a wonderful mid afternoon lunch / dinner. Anastasio is perhaps one of the most polished server who provides a concierge experience... the fact that he has worked abroad and is accustomered to providing white table cloth and white glove service shows. His love of people is so natural and sincere that it was perhaps one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we have had in many years. Prime Seven Nine is a delignful setting with good food but the service was above an beyond. Cudos to the restauranteurs and thank you again, Anastasio :)
