It took long for ordering food and receiving food. Overall, the food was good.

Came here specifically for good wings, got dollar store quality pigeon wings, that were way over cooked and dry as sand. The chicken tenders were thin might as well been a tape worm. The fries also tasted freezer burnt do not recommend

The food was absolute garbage, and way over priced for the quality.

Surprised at the low rating as when we are here we were just expecting chain place food and was happy it actually tasted great. Owner and server made us feel welcome.

Called 5 times trying to phone in a take out order. Each called ignored by the staff. Arrived 15 minutes before close and was told the kitchen and bar were closed. Disappointing service…not worth the hassle. wont be back

Stay away from this branch. It's not like the other st Louis branches.
Food over cooked, late and cold. server (nicole) disinterested, forgot our orders and had an attitude.
Avoid this place at all costs...

The service is horrible! Nicole was super slow in serving us. The food took more than 30 mins to arrive and it arrived cold. When we asked for dill pickle sauce she gave them to us only after we were done with the food. This is not the saint louis we know of, definitely not coming back to this branch!

I ordered something on Skip the dishes got my food, But I didn’t receive my drink that I paid for and Skip won’t give me a credit because I complain too much on that app. This is ridiculous.

Went there last Saturday with family and was seated at the second floor patio (really nice patio). I was the only one to order the ayce wings and the first plate came out after a bit of a wait which was fine but from the third on it took 30-40 mins every order of 4 wings. Initially I thought it was because they were probably super busy downstairs but turns out they were absolutely empty downstairs and only had 3 tables on the patio. It's clear to me that the extra long wait for every 4 wings is by design. Absolute crappy experience. St Louis has always been my fav wing spot but will never be going back to this location. Only reason not getting a one star is that the server was awesome. Don't offer ayce if you're gunna play games and make ppl wait forever for every serving even more so when my family ordered brisket sandwich/ fancy pasta and wings spending close to $200 there. Shady location.

We visited this St. Louis location as a group of six for the Wingsanity promotion, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our stay lasted just over 2 hours, from the time we were seated to when we finally resolved a billing issue.
The first round of wings took over 30 minutes to arrive and was slightly overcooked but still edible. The second round was severely overcooked—dry, tough, and nearly burnt. One of our friends even got sick and had to throw up after eating them.
We also ran into an issue with drink refills. When we asked for refills, we were offered pitchers instead, which we accepted thinking it was a courtesy or convenience. We were surprised to find out we were charged for them, and only after some discussion was the issue resolved.
On a positive note, the restaurant had plenty of operational TVs, which made it a decent place to watch a game. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight. Between the long wait, poor food quality, and confusing service, we won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location.

Definitely going to go back when it's warmer and try out the roof top patio

The cook has checked out and couldn't care less. I ordered wings; They were overcooked, burnt, dry and flavourless.

Came from out of town and would come back just for the service. Our server, Mira, was so so lovely, she was prompt and checked in often, and made our experience wonderful even as it was obviously busy. Would definitely recommend!
