I ordered an iced green tea, and there was a bunch of what looked like sweet cream on the bottom of my cup. Would've appreciated the cup being clean because as I sipped I just saw white stuff at the bottom. It wasn't in the cup but, unsanitary to say the least. I have worked at Starbucks before, and it's standard to keep cold bar clean so that there isn't reminents of other drinks on and around the cup. Careful if you are allergic to anything as well..

Went through the drive through this afternoon to get a few coffees and the service was awful. When asked to give our order the lady was rude and snippy. She asked us to repeat our orders because it was difficult for her to hear, and while I understand that, she did so in a snarky and impolite way with little patience. We place our orders and one of us in the group requested to change the drink and they did which I appreciated but again, gave off a fed up attitude which doesn’t make sense when customer service is their job. They got two orders wrong, didn’t even bother to add the cold foam or caramel we requested. Almost as if they just didn’t feel like it because I repeated myself twice when specifying for these additions. Very disappointing experience at this local Starbucks of mine. The coffees were still great but service could have been sooo much better.

This is the best Starbucks location! The staff are nice and polite. They honour offers when the app isn't working. They correct orders when it's not exactly right. They honour all member perks. Cannot say this about all locations. Thank you Collingwood Starbucks! I will always come here!

Visit family for the first time in years, decided to go through drive through to place a drinks order. (6 drinks). Hasn't been an issue at any other location! But apparently this is a huge deal for this location. Was told after paying (and tipping) that this was ridiculous and that if we do this again we need to come in or they won't serve us. Ive never hear of this or have it be an issue elsewhere. Service attendant at the window was very rude about it.
