The Diva

For 2 yrs I was going in sometimes twice a day paying for a grande latte in a tall cup so I'd get two shots and the milk at the Starbucks in the Metro. Even then I was walking out a lot of the time with 1/2 cup of coffee and wasting my money. Someone from corp said, you need to ask for a wet doppio macchiato - 2 shots, some milk and foam. The manager there just doesn't get it - refuses to give me an inch of milk and pours the extra milk down the sink IN FRONT OF MY FACE - thinks its a better idea to waste it than just give me the 2 fingers of milk - what was left in their frother. Says that would be a latte ... NO IT DOES NOT. I would still be walking out with 1/2 cup like I was when I was paying $5+ dollars. Since when is an inch or even two of milk worth $2.50? That the customer service and loyalty you get for being a good customer from day one.

This is so incredibly frustrating!When I arrived at 5:40 p.m. to place my order for iced lattes, the barista informed me that the machine was broken, yet I had just watched him serve a client who had ordered a coffee-based beverage before me. He still has 20 minutes left until he can begin refusing orders, which is unacceptable even though I understand that he is eager to get home.This is not the Starbucks brand at all.

The worst matcha latte I have ever had, I asked for matcha latte with extra scoops matcha less sugar with matcha foam on top. The taste like trash, too much creamy and sweet, there is no taste of matcha. The girl have to make 2 times for my order, have been waiting for over 20 mins for this order.

pre ordered on mobile. by the time I was able to get to the store and inside was 25 minutes. the drinks weren’t ready yet. I waited inside in a crowd of people for 15 minutes. already a 40 minute wait. was getting no where so I went back onto the road and waited for the drive thru. awful set up for this drive thru as you have to wait on the road in the middle of a busy road, and if someone on the opposite side cuts in front of you there’s not much you can do.waited in the drive through, got to the speaker, the girl informed me it would still be a 26 minute wait, and that I should go inside I wait. told her I already waited over half an hour inside. she said she’d “help me out” by making my drinks. waited 15 minutes at the window while they made two drinks.awful experience and an awful location. if we hadn’t already prepaid in app for the drinks, would have left. but not throwing away $17 for my two drinks.

Seating has been reduced. The drive thru was backed up on the street and service was taking 10 minutes more. This town needs a second location with a longer drive thru lane.
