Awesome place Neat and Clean. Employee name Barbie helped us and Sub was delicious
Bathrooms are clean, good food, good service. The young guy working there was really busy as it was just him there but he was trying his best.
I’m here now and I just feel awful for the one staff member working!! They need to hire more staff on during busy dinner hours at least: huge line up and just one nice gentlemen working by himself. The uber tablet was going off too and I feel for the guy!!
I visited this Subway location around 4:00 PM and had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. I asked for assistance on how to use an app gift card for payment, but the employee was incredibly rude. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, and she made inappropriate facial expressions, which made me feel uncomfortable. Although the food was satisfactory, the poor service has discouraged me from returning to this particular location. I hope the manager and owner will address this issue to improve customer service. Good customer service is crucial, and it’s disappointing that it was not up to standard during my visit.
The place is okay . A bit dirty and the server can smile more . It's Subway . Can't expect much .

Located across the street from the school which means lots of lunch customers in and out. The floors were heavily soiled from winter foot traffic earlier on the day. Thankfully we missed the rush of students by the time we arrived. The location was very convenient to make a stop after a long drive our way to Blue Mountain. Service was quick.

This Subway sell constantly serves fresh, flavorful sandwiches while providing exceptional customer service, clean facilities, and a speedy, courteous staff. Highly recommended!

Full of high school kids you’ll be waiting atleast 10 minutes, not to mention $9.06 for a 6 inch with no extra toppings????? Absolutely criminal.

Why doesn’t this location take coupons anymore??? I’ve been to this location multiple times and when I show a SUBWAY coupon on my phone to the cashier it’s always a song and dance, first I came in with a digital coupon that was literally from subway and someone said the coupon had to be from the actual subway app, fair enough, I go back to this same location now with the subway app and the same coupon that was first shown, now another person is saying I need the physical paper coupon for it to apply or they will “get in trouble by the manager” ?????? If you don’t accept coupons and want customers to pay full price just say that??? I’m just frustrated with the inconsistency with this specific location, the Subway near Bulk Barn, no issues what’s so ever.
Staff is friendly but i notice 1 common thing in most of the subway owned by my community ( they make sub very lighter) for example if 6 slices of each tomato & cucumber in normal sub, they put only 4. Trying to save their veggies. I think they have these instructions from store owner because otherwise why employees doing this kind of things?

My experience was definitely not the ideal customer service that you would expect. My friend and I were in line to order. She ordered first, and then I did. She got her food and began to eat while I waited for my turn. The employee took my order and began to make it when another person walked in. They ordered three pizza subs, and then the employee completely stopped making my wrap and began to make the subs. Obviously, I wasn't mad at this since that normally happens at Subway, but this time, the employee placed my wrap in the grill and continued to make the persons subs. About 5 minutes go by, and they still didn't take my wrap out of the grill. I started to get worried about it and looked to my friend, she said to mention the wrap. I mentioned the wrap, and they employee disregarded me and continued on the subs. The person pointed out to serve me first since I was first before him, but the employee disregarded him as well. She was also on a call with someone during this whole time. My wrap continued to burn. It took the person having to stop the employee from taking my wrap out of the grill, and by the time it was out, it was burnt. They remade me a new wrap and gave it to me for free for the inconvenience. By the time this whole ordeal was done, my friend had finished her entire sub. It was super surprising as I have never had service like this before at subway and it was definitely something.
There was also a weird car honking noise that occurred every 17 seconds..?? I was so bored I was counting the time.

One staff member on a Sunday at noon time and she had a large Off-Site order to fill. Doing her very best! By the time I left, half an hour later and still no submarine, the store had already turned away a few customers. Very poor. Very poor ?
