Everything is tooooo nice at this place but only one thing is not good and that’s some customers who comes not to get sub but did grocery they want full container of all veggies and not only this they want 7,8 type of dressing 10X all. What the hell is going on . Its just because only at subway free veggie at other places they just get one topping that is free šŸ˜‚

Terrible experience. I rarely visit Subway, but unfortunately, I went to this location. The woman serving me was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. I was simply asking a few questions, but her attitude and behavior were unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself—her name was Nipa , as she told me. I sincerely request the shop owner to consider hiring better staff. Even if a customer is only spending a dollar, we still expect respectful service and decent manners.

šŸ‘ŽI’ve visited this Subway location twice since last year, and unfortunately, both times I had a disappointing experience. The staff appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming when customers arrived. There were no smiles or basic courtesy, and the overall service felt rushed and unfriendly. It really makes a difference when staff show a bit of warmth and professionalism — especially in a customer-facing environment like this.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would gladly choose it — but unfortunately, one star is the minimum. I truly hope the management improves both staff attitude and customer service going forward.šŸ‘Ž

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Servers were both very hard to understand with horrible English. They would talk to each other in their own language and laugh while we were ordering. We left and hit the road only to discover both sausage patties were still partially frozen, eggs cold, and they forgot the sauces even though I almost needed a translator to explain ā€œbbq sauceā€. I heard them talk in their language again when I hit ā€œno tipā€ on the debit machine. There is NO reason tipping should be an option at all Subway.

I’m all for diversity, but if you can’t communicate in Canada, leave.

Really bad experience here, don’t come here absolutely not we went here today around 11 pm, the guy looked super upset after he saw us seemed like he didn’t wanted to serve us at all, we asked for a cup of water he said they can’t give it, really weird never heard of it before at any subway, there was still one hour in closing and he didn’t let us sit just because he cleaned the tables how rude. Absolutely disgusting!! It ruined my day and made me really really upset

**June 2025 – Mobile Order Gone Wrong**

Placed a mobile order at this Subway (345 1st St, Collingwood) totaling $28.70. The two footlong subs were severely lacking meat—one of them even had an *extra meat* upgrade and still came with barely any. The quality was unacceptable, especially for the price.

I contacted Subway immediately. The store owner, **Bhargviben Patel**, only offered to replace *one* sub, even though both were clearly unsatisfactory. When I asked for a full refund or full replacement, he refused and even threatened to offer *nothing* if I didn’t accept his partial offer.

As someone who only ended up in Collingwood due to a hospital stay after an accident, the lack of empathy and professionalism was disappointing. The owner even encouraged me to go ahead and leave a bad review instead of resolving the issue properly.

Avoid this location if you value quality food and basic customer service.

I was at the store today around 2:30 PM and ordered two sandwiches — a Piri Piri and a Veggie Pattie. I won’t mention names, but you should be able to tell who served me from the order. If someone doesn't want to work with a welcoming attitude, they shouldn't be on shift. Tossing veggies on my sandwich like throwing trash was ridiculous. At checkout, tissues were thrown carelessly around — completely disrespectful. Also, isn't it standard to ask if the customer wants a bag, especially with more than one sandwich? This was the first time I’ve been treated like this at this location, and I’ve been coming here for years. If I see the same person next time, I’ll walk out and wait for someone else. Some serious retraining is needed in basic customer service.

I had an abysmal experience with the servers hygiene at the store as she was making my order. It was disgusting and I decided to simply leave. I just said no thank you. She seemed unaware about her personal actions that could contaminate food and just watching her personal habits and then touching food even with gloves was not desirable. Maybe it was a one off but I was grossed out so I won’t be back.
