Always busy, but service is still fairly quick and usually with a smile even under pressure. Remember at busy times to be patient with the crew & they'll treat you right every time! Washrooms are clean and in good order. A freqent stop for me when I'm in town.

"This place is an absolute nightmare. Even with an online pickup order, they still can't get it together—subs take forever, and when you finally get them, they’re a disaster. The sauces are unevenly slapped on, the portions are a joke, and their brain-dead policy of refusing to grill your sub if you add four sauces is just plain stupid. Total waste of time and money. Never setting foot here again."

"This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. Even with an online pickup order, the subs take forever, like they don’t even care. When you finally get your food, it’s a total mess—sauces thrown on carelessly, portions that are laughably small, and to top it off, their ridiculous policy of not grilling your sub if you add four sauces is beyond stupid. Vegetarian options: The service at this place is incredibly slow, even for online orders. The subs take an unreasonable amount of time to be prepared. On top of that, the sauces are poorly distributed, and the portion sizes are pathetic. Their bizarre policy of refusing to grill your sub if you add four or more sauces is just ridiculous. This experience was disappointing and frustrating."

Had really bad experience just because of one lady working there, I saw her name Barbie and she was treating us in a very bad manner, she was rude all the time also if I talk about the food, she didn’t even listen to me properly as I told her to use new bottle of sauce because the previous one was almost empty but she just ignored me and just put a bare minimum of it in my sub.
