Better then most Swiss chalets I have been in. The service was top notch with more then a simple table touch. It's obvious people come here for the staff, Tracy brings 5 star service to your table. The washroom was clean and the men's had a changing area.

Extremely disappointed with Swiss Chalet delivery. Ordered a half chicken meal and received a quarter chicken. No ability to contact anyone. Called the customer support line and received a $10 credit off my next order. Must be used in 90 days. Not very helpful in the slightest. That credit will be meaningless as no future order will be placed. Horrible service.

This restaurant has some series hygiene issue. There are so many flies in the restaurant. The table top is also sticky. I asked the waitress if they can do anything about the fly, but she can’t help. Never would visit the place again.
