Better then most Swiss chalets I have been in. The service was top notch with more then a simple table touch. It's obvious people come here for the staff, Tracy brings 5 star service to your table.

By far the best Swiss Chalet location in Ontario, I’ve been to countless locations over the years but no other Swiss location compares to the Collingwood one. Best service, best food, best fries, always consistent too. Holly, Carrie and Tracy provide 10/10 customer service, super friendly, they all deserve a raise!! They’re another reason I keep going back when I’m either at Blue skiing or at the cottage.
