I have traveled the world and this is one of my BEST FOOD AND DINING EXPERIENCES to date! Chef Aiden is a master. The pate! The halibut! The pork! Simply fantastic! Food is spectacular with beautiful flavors. Alicia our server was WONDERFUL!!! Every industry that is service based needs someone like her with warmth and smile. 'Lish like a wish with the winning dish'...you were the icing on a great dinner. Best. Birthday.ever!

Phenomenal experience. Chef Aiden made every bite breathtaking. You saw and tasted the care in all our orders. Our server Lish is a must ask for. She made our experience feel unrushed and warm. Our busy 4 year old was welcomed with open arms and presented with a complimentary fruit veg plate. We had the last reservation of the night and every meal was perfected and presented with care. They closed the kitchen after our last order and never mentioned timeline not once. Thank you for making my sisters birthday perfect.

Zero complaints. Atmosphere was beautiful, food was outstanding (had the Hen of the Woods and the Halibut). Services was all that you could ask for and more. Had a question about the drinks and the bartender personally came to our table to give us the information we wanted

Made a reservation at the Tremont Cafe for our anniversary. They were just clearing the seating before so we were about 20 minutes before getting seated. We were offered a seat at the bar to wait and were greeted with complimentary Cava and a friendly bartender who explained the drink menu to us and wished us a Happy Anniversary. Never told anyone what we were celebrating except for our reservations and we were approached by 3 staff members all welcoming us and wishing us the best. Nice touch. Didn't mind the wait.

The food? Unreal. We shared the pankleesh and fought over every bite. The iberico pork was so good and my wife said her halibut was the best she ever had. The middle eastern infusion worked so well with the dishes we had. 10/10.

Everything was delicious. They plate each dish like art. Beautiful, delicate and exquisite.
We had the carpaccio, the pork belly and the radicchio salad. The pork belly was my favorite and the carpaccio, so fresh and thin.

Main course i had the gnocchi, something i never order but it was delicious, soft and tasty. The halibut was spectacular, cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. Also the pork shoulder was amazing, flavorful and soft, it’s a must try. And the sirloin with everything on the side was a great choice.
Very happy, specially because we have been eating mediocre in blue mountain đŸ„Č.

Loved the philo pistachio desert

Housed in the historic Dorchester hotel which was built in 1890 and recently restored to a roaring 1920’s motif, the Tremont, now in its third location around town, seems to have settled into the art deco decor by matching its elegance with fine food and service. It is likely the undisputed, and mostly hidden gem restaurant serving the best looking and tasting food in the greater Blue Mountain area. Plenty of servers, a very active bartender and impressive drink list complement the main courses which have enough variety to suit all tastes, including impressive vegetarian options.

Tonight my husband took me to Tremont Café, and we were blown away by the hospitality of Alicia, Billy and Imad. From the minute we walked in, we felt like life-long regulars. Table service execution was flawless, and from a culinary perspective, there was an incredible attention to detail, elevation of ingredients, thoughtfulness, and creativity. Absolute must go for anyone looking for an approachable, fine dining experience. The bar was immaculate and incredibly stocked with rare Amari, Grappa and Whiskey. The wine list was second to none. We enjoyed Chateau Musar from Lebanon and it was as amazing as the first time we tried it. You must come here. Without exception. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely loved my experience at Tremont CafĂ© — truly flawless from start to finish. The people there are incredibly friendly. From the owner to the bartender to the waitstaff, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You really feel like you’re being taken care of.

The food was outstanding — full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with quality ingredients. I was also really impressed by the variety on the menu, especially the vegetarian options. So nice to have that kind of choice without compromising on taste.

This is the kind of place where you leave with a full belly and a big smile. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and even better vibes!

For a full dining experience, this is the place! The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable.
The staff are some of the most knowledgeable workers in the industry. They are friendly, engaging and make you truly feel at home. After our 3 hour experience, we thought and talked about it for days.
The food and drink pairing was incredible. It wasn’t just a meal, but an experience!!
Thank you to the entire staff, sincerely looking forward to another “experience”.
