We were hoping form a nice bbq dinner. Not impressed at all. The food is mediocre at best. The Mac and cheese was so horrible we couldn’t even eat it. The brisket, ribs and pulled pork tasted like it was pre cooked and warmed up in a microwave. Really too bad as Collingwood has such a high standard.

Fantastic place for brisket and all things smoked BBQ!! The brisket was tender, juicy, and crisp all at the same time. The in-house sauces are delicious and pair perfectly with any meat on the menu. But what really made the dinner special was our server Danielle who was absolutely amazing - she helped us work through the menu and accommodated our food restrictions. Danielle is by far the best server I have come across and we truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service! 11/10 would come back again in a heart beat!

Delish hearty food. An absolute utopia if you are celiac/gluten intolerant. I wanted to try everything on the menu and came back the next day with friends. This will be my go-to spot when I am in Collingwood! Thanks for the great service Danielle, that was very fun.

If you go anywhere else for a sandwich, you're doing it wrong.
The food was amazing!! Everything we tried was very very good. Nachos were a whole meal, brisket was super juicy, and the ribs were spiced to perfection, but the smoked chicken wings were our favourite, and the best I have ever had. Having celiac it’s always hit or miss eating out, but I felt super safe eating here and almost everything on the menu is gluten free.
Our server Danielle was awesome and super personable and made our dinner extra enjoyable.

The Smoke has been a favourite of ours for years, until yesterday. As there were 6 of us (which we have had before) they now charge an automatic gratuity of 18%. Yes, this is high, but what made it worse was the poor service due to this auto gratuity. No one came to check if our food was ok or if we needed anything, drinks were not refilled and there was no offer for dessert or anything more. This auto gratuity leaves no incentive for the server to actually provide good service. The service we got was bare minimum.

We used The Smoke for 2 nights of takeout/catering for a big party up north. Cam spoke to me personally and helped us decide on what to get, amounts and even wanted to know when we'd be serving specific items. Everything came packed individually according to when it was going to be served, with specific reheating instructions on each item. We had Ribs, wings, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, beans & slaw. The price was incredible for the amount of food we received. No one was left hungry and we all had some extra to take home at the end of the weekend. The food was amazing! Moist & tender meats, delicious sidee. I was being congratulated on the food like I'd just won the Superbowl, and all I really did was reach out to Cam. In an age where it's very hard to find great service, Cam & his staff went above and beyond any expectations. Truly a wonderful experience from the first phone call to the moment where many of us fell into a meat coma! Thank you to Cam and the staff at The Smoke for making celebration with lifelong best friends an easy and worry-free event!
Delicious and generous portions. Relaxed atmosphere with great music that wasn’t blaring. Clean, gender neutral bathroom. We had one order of Beef Brisket Poutine, Garden salad and honestly ate far too much even though we shared it!! Overall great experience and will definitely return.

Our server was out of this world great and food were excellent but I would not recommend this place as the owner made it clear that this isn’t family friendly and was incredibly rude today.
We were just enjoying family time when our ONE year old was being loud, upon asking her to quiet down the owner of the restaurant turned around and told the baby “yah because other people are here” If you are not willing to have families come and dine don’t bother have a restaurant. Thanks for being rude to a literal baby.

I wasn’t going to post but after having to stop and get food after spending $150 there I felt I should say something.
I got the sampler and the brisket, wings, and pulled pork were tough and the sauce tasted like ketchup and vinegar with sugar. The cornbread had zero flavour whatsoever, Ended up not eating any of it.
My kid got a burger, and would usually eat anything and her exact words were “this is gross” so she didn’t eat her burger either.
Service was perfectly fine.
