The worst location I ever visited I was sitting in this store drinking my coffee but suddenly a south asian employee probably Indian said that we are closing at around 8:30 but when I checked online it said the store closes at 11 when i said the store closes at 11 she started arguing with me and threatened me to call 911 if I didn’t leave the management should take action against her for threatening a customer. I was shocked by her behaviour and want to management to tell her the right closing time and tell her not to cross limits if someone is saying nothing to her but the truth

I visited this outlet around 8:45 pm in night the 2 girl working that time they both are very rude they talk to each other if people know we are closing at 9 pm why they come so late I don’t know why they said to me I feel sad I hope you guys look into the matter

So I ordered my drink and I usually order different drinks that I’ve never tried. I drive up to the window and I look at my drink and I know what I like and I ask can I top up on the lighter like milk product that’s in the drink and I get looked at weird I feel like I’m disrespected in a way and I can’t change something a little bit different. I have to have it exactly the way I ordered at the microphone like I know what I’m doing all the time that’s so disrespectful first of all, I’m not here to get get offended. I’m here to enjoy my time and I would ask for more respect and stop coming for me that way it would be much appreciated because at the end of the day it just makes me angry and I don’t wanna look that way out in public so make sure you know what you’re doing at your job, honey.
Hi this morning my family went into Tim Hortons. When we where having a coffee and muffins. I was watching one of your employee washing or wiping down the walls over the coffee makers and food machines. Then she was on a ladder without a spotter. Then later she was dusting the lights over the counter where they make the sandwiches. All the dust and dirt would be going all over the food. This wasn't very professional and safety wasn't there, i do have a picture if you want me to email to you.

Got my coffee and once I opened it and decided to drink it four minutes after already being down the road, it tasted horrible, so I took the lid off to check and the oat milk. They used was bad and curdled and there were chunks instead of the coffee. I usually get and enjoy.
