This really was my favorite drive thru experience. The order taker was patient and suggested my favorite items with my meal and she was very friendly. The woman who handed me my food smiled and so did some of the other staff in the back!!! What a great day, thank you Tim Hortons!!!

This use to be my favorite Tim's in town. I get it, there's new people working, but my last 3 visits had issues. From the drive thru person assuring me my order was in the bag when half was missing, ordering thru the app and sitting at the drive thru while people pass you while your order is being scrutinized, to getting 2 London Fogs that were completely different. (1 had no taste at all). I'm sad to say, this is no longer the go to Tim's.

When we visited today a person who was cleaning the garbage was very rude and has zero customer skills. He was complaining about our kids all the time and giving us unwelcoming looks as we sat there. If you don’t want parents with small kids at your facility you may as well put a sign out. We will be more than happy to take our business elsewhere.

Would never recommend visiting here, worse customer service. Odered shot of espresso with very little hot milk, lady was like I can only put cold milk, I am not gonna do extra task for you
Worst coffee I have ever had at Tim's, plus the guy gave us the wrong food order at the drive thur. Didn't know until we were back on the road. Miserable face on the guy "If u don't like the job, find another one." I won't go back to this location.

It’s a Tim hortons you get what you expect. Which these days is actually hard to find. The lady’s who serve here every morning are fantastic and I love going to get my coffee from them. I don’t ask for much from a Tim hortons but they get the items right and are just nice to deal with in the morning

As a Brit abroad (and non-coffee drinker) I can recommend Tim Hortons for a decent cup of tea. Not only is their steeped tea great, it's very reasonable and I like the flexibility that you can specify how much milk and sugar to add to make it perfect. I'm a definite convert.
