Horrible and rude experience. Going through the drive through at 4.30 min. Trying to order 2 drinks and 2 donuts. A large latte, large hot chocolate, 1 apple fritter and 1 honey curler. They do not have any honey curlers at this time( strange, 4 pm, mid day). So I ask what other donuts they have, he says all them except the curler. I tell him I don't know what else they have and he stays quiet. So I tell him give me one minute ( so I can check online). Every 5 seconds he keeps asking me what else, and everytime I say give me a minute. After about 30 seconds, I said give me a Boston cream , and he says okay. I proceed to the window and the lady asks 2 drinks and 1 donut? I say no, 2 drinks and 2 donuts. She then tell him a Boston cream and he says, not avaliable.
Not only the guy worker is being rude , also not having product( or lying about it , i dont know anymore)
Avoid, would rather starve than ever come here again.

Okay so just wanted to share my experience with Dinal from my visit. We asked for a grilled croissant and without realising it wasn’t grilled we left, we had to come back to ask for replacement as that was not what we ordered. When we asked for replacement, she gave us an unnecessary attitude and told it was our fault as we didn’t speak clearly and started saying something to our colleague in her language which we thought was inappropriate. Then a lady came and took over the situation and dealt very nicely and calmly, really appreciate her help without i don’t think any of the customers deserve this kind of attitude from the crew member.
