Second time I bought an everything bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese within 1 week. First time it was drive thru and bagel was toasted but cold as if it sat a while before the spread was on. This time I asked for the same order and told the lady that I'd like her to make sure its warm because last time it was cold. Again same problem. The inside of the bagel was cold. Outside of bagel was room temperature. This defeats the purpose of toasting a bagel, obviously you want it warm. What's going on? Are they frozen or in a cold fridge and the toasting setting is way too fast? Should I ask for double toasted next time in order to get a warm toasted bagel?

Ordered and paid for. Sausage farmers wrap. Got to work and no sausage...not first time they have screwed up my order twice I've ordered bagels with cream cheese only to get to work with no cream cheese on it. At least the staff are friendly.
6:30 am only car in drive thru, I ask for a small double double. I was handed a lukewarm coffee seems as if it was already made and sitting on the counter. Really I’m the only customer in the drive thru this morning and you all handed me a like warm coffee. Shame on you. I would like a refund or a new hot cup of coffee. This is beyond pathetic.

Arrived on Saturday morning to have a hot beverage and was told that they have no hot water to even a tea. Their service is getting worse by the day. Definitely will avoid this unorganized place
