Ordered and paid for. Sausage farmers wrap. Got to work and no sausage...not first time they have screwed up my order twice I've ordered bagels with cream cheese only to get to work with no cream cheese on it. At least the staff are friendly.

6:30 am only car in drive thru, I ask for a small double double. I was handed a lukewarm coffee seems as if it was already made and sitting on the counter. Really I’m the only customer in the drive thru this morning and you all handed me a like warm coffee. Shame on you. I would like a refund or a new hot cup of coffee. This is beyond pathetic.

We come here on a regular basis and when ordering in the drive thru they constantly interrupt me while I'm speaking. Eventually I get to say what I'm trying to order and although they repeat it they make mistakes almost every time we order. There is no care taken here any more.
If you go inside, same story and the washrooms are so filthy they should be shut down.

Staff were courteous and service was uick enough, but if you need to use the washrooms, beware. Built up grime on sink, toilet, tiles on floor and walls.. I've been to gas station washrooms cleaner than these ones. I waited until my husband came out of the men's to go in there to wash my hands - no soap in the ladies as well. Just horribly yuck!
