I always go to the high street Tim Hortons in Collingwood, and this morning I ordered a medium honey lemon two sugar, once I get to work, I take a sip of it and it taste terrible, than I open the lid and see that they gave it to me with a broken tea bag. So I have to dump it out. What a piss off! It’s not the first time either. What a waste. Sick of it

The quantity was soo less this time and she was acting like we came here for the first time. I always stop there for breakfast or brunch but today was a worst experience. I ordered this wedges and it was served cold. It’s not worth spending money on wedges over there, asked an employee that it comes only this quantity and she says yes it comes only one size.

I should have known it would be a day simply by my experience at Tim Hortons this morning. The woman working drive through wasn’t listening and was talking over me. I said the “bacon breakfast wrap”. The drive-through woman said over the speaker “ a sausage farmers wrap “, so I corrected her and when I ordered the wrap I also said “ a medium steeped tea with two milk “ and after correcting the wrap she said “ and you wanted a double double? “, so I corrected her again on the drink. I get up and pay for it, and drove away only to find out in the first bite of the wrap that it’s sausage. Needless to say I didn’t eat it cause it tasted gross. Thank you for wasting my time my money and starting my day off horribly. Ethnicity has nothing to do with this. It boils down to bad employers and bad employees.

Just got a coffee here and it's burnt. Must have been obvious when 3 cream didn't lighten it but they still served it to us. Thanks 👍

Nothing special, food was prepared as it should be and the coffee was fresh and tasted like they were maintaing their machines and their cleanliness. Very little else to get into for a simple drive through for a coffee. I would return.
