2 elderly ladies taking the order and preparing the order messed up. We ordered 1 small and 1 medium coffee but got both small and the lady who prepared was a little loud saying we ordered both small, though the lady who put in the order read out the order with a medium size. As we were in a hurry and too many people behind us in the line, we just took what was given and moved.

I bought iced cap with almond milk here twice with my sister while we were up at blue mountain for a couple days, and let me tell ya! The employees at this Tim Hortons location were so lovely! I was served by two different ladies and they were both so wonderful. We also had a short chat asking about how our day was going - a true Canadian experience - and a great start in the morning! Thanks for making our experience wonderful!

Very disappointing experience. I felt so rushed while ordering, and the person taking my order sounded really rude. There was no patience or basic courtesy. It felt like they just wanted me out as fast as possible. Not the kind of service you’d expect.
