Location great. Staff polite. But who can answer a question about another location and the way it’s run? I find something rather odd about something specific.
Normally I would say your coffee is the best, however lately I have learned that in order to get a decaf. codde in the Sidny Ohio store requires a 10 minute wait. Excuse me but I thought you were in the coffee business. There are as late several new coffee shops in town so I would say this is to be your decline.
