Every time we order through Uber eats, the store takes much less care in ensuring our order has all the pieces. We know it's not the driver because the bags are still fully closed when we got them. 4 different times they have left something out of the order. I called and they couldn't even bother to give an apology, or say they would speak with their employees about double checking the orders better. The manager spoke over me the whole time too, very rude.

I visited this location around 8 PM yesterday as on July 18 and had a very disappointing experience. Several staff members, including managers, were gathered off to the side, speaking loudly, laughing, and behaving in an unprofessional manner. Despite clearly standing and waiting, I was ignored completely. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism made the environment feel extremely unwelcoming. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
Big Bacon Classic Burger must have been sitting for hours if not days. Threw it out after trying second bite. Use to be OK place. New management maybe?

Definitely one of the better places in Collingwood for fast food.
Stopped in with my wife and son on way home for a quick bite to eat and this place is the worst I have ever seen. Everyone that works there yelling at each other no one speaks good English the food was terrible the place is a mess no napkins or ketchup cups tables are all dirty and the staff was more worried about doing skip orders then anything else. Definitely don’t recommend going here at all.
