I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and my concerns were not addressed properly.
Actually I order tims new protein latte and firstly they removed it from there order screen and we were waiting for 10 minutes, after asking they started work on it but guy who made latte did not steamed the milk and served cold. After I asked they were ignoring this mistake and gossiping with each other. After sometime, one guy started working on it and I told him to make in these steps. This meant he doesn’t know how to make latte.
When I asked for the supervisor he said why are you asking and left the counter. After waiting for another two minutes I left the tims. Staff is untrained and unprofessional. They are kids working on this shift.
I expected better customer service, but unfortunately, this left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this service until significant improvements are made in how customers are treated.

I told them the time before my food was made wrong. I made sure to ask for my croissant to be grilled and have double bacon and maple butter on it instead, it only had one portion of bacon on it. They had cheese On the sandwich didn’t grill it

Great place for almost full ice caps and watered like ice coffee.
This is the third time I've ordered in drive through and they continue to get my order wrong or looks terrible and i have found hair in my food !!! when I receive it.
I've barley ever seen the same employees so I assume they go through them like crazy. And some employees that have talked to me have expressed the terrible work environment 🙄. Fingers crossed they can eventually get my order right and employees receive praise for the great work they try to accomplish
Ps.. fruit flies on donuts so not cool and extremely gross. Or a hair in fresh cracked eggs

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I placed my order at 3:08 PM and didn’t receive it until 3:31 PM, which is completely unacceptable considering their own 90-second service policy.
Although chicken wrap I received was cold, chicken was not cooked properly and there was no manager on shift to address the issue. The staff didn’t offer any apology or explanation for the delay, which shows poor customer service.
