horrible experience. Went at 11pm, asked if they had any food left they quoted “No food at all what so ever” we proceeded to ask if they had bagels, then they said “oh yes we have bagels”. While we were waiting in the drive through we seen the person in front of us get a flatbread pizza, and the person behind us get timbits and a wrap. Horrible customer service that seemed lazy and ready to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend

Bathroom smells like ammonia there is so much urine on the floors. You can see it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. Tim Hortons are sinking slowly everywhere.... what happened to Canada?

Employees are extremely rude. Rarely get what you order. Last straw was the person preparing food had no gloves on and with obvious sweaty messy hair no hair net. Flies all over the pastry .This place is deplorable. Should be shut down.

We stop by to grab some coffee and a sandwich but we went in the drive through was packed but that was our first mistake because after making our order they made our coffee and took care of the drive through it took us 5 min to get t I love that all the hashbrowns just went our the window even though they came after us so no I will not be returning to your Timmy

I’m never going to this Tim Hortons location because I’m ordered double double coffee sometimes they forget to add sugar many times food & coffee is cold it’s happened a lot of times and same thing happened with me today again need to change the staff in the evening shift

Total disappointment for Canadians! This location took 20 mins (clocked) to provide us with 2 regular coffees!
Way too much time and staff dedicated to drive thru and not in store customers! Super frustrating and serval customers inside fuming! Total disregard for inside customers!!! Do better!
