Manager insist you use the kiosk, they have a huge sign at teller making you use kiosk. Worker said you don’t have to but the manager wanted sign up even though it confuses customers where to order or stand.

Parking: Lots of parking as it is next to a truck stop

Kid-friendliness: Very good atmosphere to bring kids to, as staff and customer atmosphere is very approaching

There's a lot of flies, dirty bathroom floor and toilets seat (on the seat & under it) and not enough night employees.

We placed an order on the mobile app and went through drive-thru and when we were greeted at the drive-thru window was told that next time we place our order on the app that we should come inside to have it ready. The next time tim Hortons pays for my order and not me then only will I do what they say and until then I will continue to order how I would like to in order to save myself time not them time.

Horrible experience, I just bought a large coffee so they were supposed to charge 2 dollars and some cents but I was charged 9.45. When I went back in 20 mins showing the msg from bank the manager said we don’t see any transaction of 9.45 period. That was worst customer service I have experienced, not going back to this location anymore. From last 5 years I was the regular customer. It’s Sep 15, 2024 around 6:12 am drive thru. I saw in my Tim’s app it’s shows 8.36 for transaction so I don’t know what’s going on with their system and they are rude for sure!

The large sign offered an Egger and a small coffee for $5. We ordered that and the employee started asking us which sandwich we wanted. We then repeated that we wanted the $5 deal. He then stated that the deal was over last week. I didn't challenge them on this and proceeded to order a sandwich and a small coffee. No napkin was in the sandwich bag and I was given a large coffee!

Honestly the best Tim Hortons experience we have ever had. Coffee super fresh, the best choices for muffins, timbits and the breakfast sandwich was the best we have ever had. Well done Comber!

Card issue in drive thru. Employee thought it appropriate to hit my car to stop me. Gave us badly mixed coffee and muffins instead of cookies for some reason.
