Food was good, however extremely spendy. Service was fast, but without care. Food was hurriedly put onto the table vs. served. Dishes were passed in front of people without regard, drinks were poured over plates of food. Not an overall pleasant experience. Don't intend on returning.

We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday, my sister was unhappy with her Mac and cheese and an alternative was offered immediately with sincere apologies from our server, she made sure we didn't feel bad for bringing it to their attention and made it right immediately! The smash burger was incredible and portion sizes didn't disappoint! 10/10 would go again !!!

We've been a few times and I don't normally upgrade to brisket, but last night I felt like doin that. It was a mistake, it was so dry... I really don't like to send food back or waste but it was almost inedible because it was so dry. Normally brisket SHOULD be moist and cut with a fork, this needed a knife. My wife's mac n cheese was OK, her pulled pork was a bit dry as well. The most awkward thing was her Coke order came AFTER the meals came, which was awkwardly fast - but likely the meats have been sitting there under a hot lamp ready to go.

Portions seem to be getting smaller, brisket was very dry and no taste. Sausage was ok. Pulled pork was good. Ribs were ok. Schnitzel was a little too salty. Mac and cheese was good.

This was not our first time to Crowsfoot Smokehaus but we won't rush back. The food was cool when served and didn't seem as fresh as it did as our previous visit. Surprised on a Friday evening how few customers they had. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very nice as well....just the meals were off.

We dined here for dinner on Father's Day, 2 adults and 2 kids. We ordered the dill pickle chips as an appetizer and they were quite tasty! Our meals, however, were not all as satisfying. Kids burger and fries - as expected. Brisket sandwich with coleslaw - the sandwich was good. The coleslaw had little to no taste. Those two meals were fine. However, we also ordered burnt ends and the pasta it was served with tasted like fire starting liquid. My son's burger also had a very chemical taste. So gross. Our server was wonderful and insisted the meals that were unsatisfactory be taken off our bill - which was appreciated. However, we waited a very long time to receive our final bill, and then when we received it, we were charged for a complimentary dessert, which then took even longer to process. The manager and the server did try to make things right, so we appreciate the customer service, however the food and lengthy time it took at the end of the meal mean we will not be returning.

Lots of little things in the service made this dinner mediocre. Missed follow-ups, wrong items, lack of communication. Food was just ok, burnt ends were way too fatty, Rouladen and roast beef were tough to cut without steak knives; coleslaw was super sour and bitter.
