Absolutely disgusted with how they ran our home town only restaurant into the ground... for one its never opened... for 2 how do you run our of wings , fries and omg draft!!! We went in and were told there was legit 20 coors light and that was it... plus the young bar tender was a complete ignorance... and treated us like we were the problem! Not our fault your working in a dive bar!!! I MISS JUBES AND I MISS BRUNOS!!!! This is an embarrassment to our little town !!!! Shame on you!!!!!Not to mention gets rid of the only amazing cook in that place to the most amazing waitress that was the only one willing to work every single day and covering for all these others that had no clue how to work!!!! You have really disappointed this town... and I know that all of copper cliff is behind me on this !!!! Step up your game... and maybe focus on your business and not recreational..... can't party and work at the same time !!!!!

Never have beer, always out of food...asked server why are they out of beer steady at a sports bar and we got the reply back "seriously!?!? Wonder why!!!" After spending 100's of dollars everytime we go very often....we just get attitude like that!? Noooope seeeee ya first round...bring back jubes!!!! Dont run our bar into the ground for your pleasure new owners....

First off they only had a total of five types of beer.... four of them were light... I had one french fry that had been soaked in fish juice and ruined my meal. The server kept putting off our food order until she served everyone who came in (after we were seated and had our drinks) drinks... They left the ceaser salad under the heat lamp while they prepared the rest of our meals...I want to see local places do well but First Round should be one of your last choices.

Worst place to order food from waited for five minutes before someone asked me if I need help also there cook doesn’t wear hairnet at all wrap not supposed to be cut in half for all the ingredients to fall out way to over priced for their food

Sadly disappointed with the changeover in ownership. Menu has markedly changed and not for the better, portions are significantly smaller. Constantly running out of order items . Ordered what could be best described as undernourished chicken bruschetta that had a few sprinkles of tomato and no veggies. Called to ask what happened to the side Veggies and i heard the cook in the background" it comes with veggies????? " . Could hear this because of instead of being placed on hold, the waitress just dropped the phone on the bar and in the intervening 5 minutes on "bar hold" , i could hear them nattering n the background. Sadly , this has been the experience of many long time Copper Cliff patrons who wish for their JUBES Bar and Grill back.

Great place for drinks after work! Amazing service, the waiter was great!But today I decided to go for lunch, I ordered a poutine, my friend ordered an Italian nachos and Ceasar salad, and my other friend ordered a thai wrap. The thai wrap was apparently fantastic, and the salad was great!!but the nachos were like $20, I found it was small , and it didn't come with salsa and sour cream?Unfortunately my small poutine was the worst I've had, so salty I had trouble finishing it, not very much curds, and for $9 I found the portion also very small compared to anywhere else..Service took quite a while, but there was only one waiter.. felt bad for the guy. Even though he was polite and efficient at his job, great service, Lunch rush and the place was completely packed, and only 1 guy serving?? His service is the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star ! Shout out to the waiter, Sorry I couldn't afford to tip today, if I had more than 10 dollars I'd have tipped atleast 20.

It's the best bar and restaurant in Copper cliff,. So there is that.. I miss Bruno's.Edit: so after ordering take out from them a few times now... seems the cook(s) just freestyle the menu and basically haven't gotten one order right in the last 4 times we've ordered, usually it's missing sauce or gravy or substituted ingredients with no notification. And then never compensated or even accommodated to actully completing the order properly.... basically you get the cold shoulder from the manager on shift... tried requesting talking to the owner but typically it's a phone call that never seems to get returned. As someone who went to school for cooking and has run restaurants straight out of school... this is absolutely unacceptable types of behaviors for a restaurant of any caliber.
