We came in with a group of 15 without a reservation and got a table in under 2 minutes. Very nice staff. They had food out in less than 45 minutes (fast for a big group). Amazing No-Proof (no alcohol) drinks. Worth the cost. The waiter and manager was very good with the youngsters. Food was a 9.5/10. I had the burger. Perfectly cooked, and got all of the many 13+ substitutions correct!Very clean also! Sarah was fantastic! She is a great server who is very efficient and fun. It was wing night so we of course had wings. ?
I order here often as i don’t always have time to cook dinner when i have exams, i called today at 4:35 for a shepherds pie with 2 alterations due to dietary restrictions for my son and I, i picked it up and the order was wrong, i called at 5:40, they sent another which again was wrong, i called again minutes after receiving it at 6:20, they said they would send another and i should receive it in 20, were now over an hour later and i just got it over an hour later and cold. Very annoyed as i didn’t have time to cook today just for this to end up as a 3 hour ordeal for my kid to end up eating random foods put together for dinner and not the $40 meal i order, that was cold when i got it

Always excellent service with friendly staff and excellent food, totally worth the drive from Sarnia, easier free parking and not as crowded as the Sarnia

I usually like Bad Dogs but the waitress we had was awful. Enough we'll never go back. Forgot my order multiple times, didn't apologize, and when my husband went and asked her for the food she didn't bring, she was inconvenienced. My husband was very polite and said "Excuse me but you forgot my wife's food" she slamed my food on the table infront of me when it came, then at the end of our meal she said to my husband "Do you want this on separate bills" My advice if you're stuck being in the service industry is "be nice!!" Upon bringing our bill and the debit, her whole attitude changed , telling us she hopes we have a good night. It looked painful for her to smile. My husband asked of I'd like to pay, (so I could hit the no tip option) I kindly passed at this point. SHE ACTUALLY PIVOTED HER BACK TO ME, forcing the same painful, this time somewhat playful smile. She got a 3% tip, and this review. Alittle kindness goes along way.

Its okay frys kinda sucked, ceaser was good though, not much of a menu, thought there was a new menu, maybe sarnia bad dog would have a different menu, very loud atmosphere,
